So after putting a bad review on Facebook about this company I was asked to delete my post which I did, I was also contacted by a lady named Vicki who asked me to contact her and discuss what the problem was. So as requested I contacted her but said no thank you I learn my lesson not to do business with her company . So after that she sent me this "OK, I tried to be nice, I dont know who you are or who you think you are or what your problem is, you have never even been here and we have never done anything to you. So keep your nasty comments to your self and dont slander people!" So bc I have a complaint about the company Im slandering? Pfft. If you did your paper work correctly my name would be in you system. Or am I correct that I was scammed outta my money that was intended on an A/C check that they never preformed? And why would you know who I am? Do you remember every one time customer? Like I said I didnt just walk into you shop, I was sent there and was taken advantage of. So thanks!!

Were a big review type of family and this is the first time weve had to get our inspection done since weve moved. 66 Automotive had great reviews and they were open until 6 pm. Perfect! However that wasnt the case. We arrived an hour before closing only to be turned away because they were closed...at 5 pm? Not only does theyre website say theyre open until 6 pm, but so does their sign on the front of the building. Losing potential repeat future business and referrals only because the employee didnt want to spend an extra 10 minutes to do a safety state inspection so they could go home early.

Fast, friendly, accurate, and fair are a few of the ways to describe the family owned shop! I have used other service groups in the area, however, once I found Randy I havent gone anywhere else.
