Im sorry but I had to give this automotive place one star just because of the lack of the professionalism.I walked in with heavy news on my chest but still with a smile on my face.A young lady working as a cashier in the automotive section was there and Ive seen her working here for years which shows how great of a person she is.I made a comment to her and said "Oh,wow you are still working here!thats great news!" She then made comment and said "Yea Im still getting money whats up" I was surprised by the comment and proceeded to walk away not thinking anything.but when I realized that she thought I meant it in a harsh way .when I returned to the back to pay doesnt oil change she proceeded to make comments like "At least my hair stays done and my close look nice"and I didnt understand where that was coming from.I told her didnt mean to offend her if I did.and she rolled her eyes and "well baby you aint offend me I dont even know you!" I was again shocked and thanked her and walked away.I called the manager and burst out in tears on the way I was treated.maybe she was having a bad day but as black women we need to uplift each other not bring them down.maybe she has a wall from black women such as me and take offense to whatever Compliment others speak.but I will never get my oil changed at the Walmart at this location ever again and may not shop at this Walmart either .

These people are idiots. They got my car color wrong on my documentation by saying it was tan, not blue. So they couldnt find my car (as though using the clicker would have been obvious) and Ive been here for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No wonder why this Walmart is rated so poorly. Oh, and they stripped my lug nuts. ...and they dont sell lug nuts. Im still here and waiting on a manger to see if they are going to go get them for me or force me to go drive on stripped lugs to go pick some up. At least the coffee pot is new. :/ Edit: Im still here, 3hrs in. Got ready to get checked out, and Im looking at my receipt to see that they put in the wrong oil. So back in my car goes for the 2nd oil change. They replaced the lug nuts, all of them. After an awesome guy with 18yrs of experience named Daniel was able to get them off of there without stripping my bolts. But that was after I was told Id have to take it to a shop (that may or may-not be open on a Saturday) to remove those lugs. Then, they would reimburse me for the cost of the lugs and repair service, but only up to a certain amount they cant disclose. Thankfully, after Danial got them off, he suggested they replace all my lug nuts.

Friendly service; however, I found out later from another shop that they had one of the lug nuts screwed in incorrectly, which ended up in a stripped wheel lug nut, and I had to get a new bolt & lug nut hole re-threaded.... Supervisors, please train this department better!

Very unprofessional, 1star tire & lube only 3 cars in line Im 2nd took almost an hour and a half the 3rd car was ready before mines, because all the workers were inside flirting with the checkout girl

Always have an oil leak after oil change. Poor custumer service. I found out from another shop that the drain plug is bigger from the original one. A wrong plug was placed by wal mart tech.
