I gave Bruton Auto Repair located at 9190 bruton Rd, Dallas, TX a bad review because these ppl messed up my motor on my 06 Cadillac SRX because they didnt repair my timer chain correctly which caused it to break while driving on the road. I had it towed to them, and they said it wasnt major. All they needed to do was tighten and adjust the tension thing that the chain latches too. They had my truck over 30 days and lied many times on when to pick it up. I finally got fed up, and demanded them to work. I went there and got excuses stating the worker wasnt in. They finally called and said my motor was bad, and blamed it on me. Now, I had my truck serviced at the dealer before leaving town, and I have a print pout things were fine. Well, they didnt care and rushed me to pick it up. I have many recordings of our conversations as well. They sent my truck home with my motor in pieces in my back seat, trunk, and have my key stuck in the ignition. I told them to take my key out, and they told me to bring my truck back the next business day. I called the police and they left before they arrived.

Been a loyal customer for 3yrs. Got my front bearings done a alignment and a new tire for 375 only to come back 2days later having the same problem with my car. One of his employees test drove the car and told me it was my front axles without him even putting the car on the ramp to double check. So I left to get it checked by 2 other mechanic shops only to be told that it was my front bearings. I took my car back to bruton auto repair with my receipt to inform Moe about the situation only to be told he doesnt recall me getting my wheel bearings done when it clearly shows it on the receipt with his name signed off on it. After talking to him he stated that since I have a warranty on it he can change them out but will have to charge me for labor since another employee worked on my car and I told him I shouldnt have to pay for something that I already paid for and was never done so now I will be taking legal actions and wont be returning here because all they do is rip you off.

I have been a LOYAL customer to these people and spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them before I finally purchased a new car. They talked so bad to me this morning and wouldnt even let me leave my car there until I went to get a part and back to pay them to put the tire on once I got the lock off. Told me to drive my car with the tire halfway off the rim and park it at the carwash next door. I will NEVER use them again!!!! But the shop on the other side of the carwash took care of me. Got the lock off and changed the tire for cheaper than it wouldve cost me dealing with these asses. MOE AND IBRAHAM are JERKS!!!!!!

My car had broke down and wouldnt start I had it towed to the shop and with in an hour or so my car was running again, thanks to moe and Abraham they gave me an affordable price along with fantastic work!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, they were very polite and quick to figuring out the problem and fixing it, their crew worked quick and efficient. Over all 5/5 on everything, highly recommended!

The WORST auto repair shop!!!!!!!! Dont come here they take your money and dont fix anything! Took my car here, they said I needed a tune up, and assured me it was now 100% next morning wouldnt start had to ride a uber all week, took it back 3rd time assured it was good, started for 1 day, next morning wouldnt start again!!! $550.00 plus uber fees all for NOTHING!!! Fraudulent scammers talk a good talk!!!!!

This been my mechanic place since last year, the staff seem knowledgeable, they are friendly, and they do jobs right. The waiting room is the best in the area, very clean and comfortable . Once my car needed a lot of work and it was going to take a long time to fix, so one of the workers gave me a ride to my home, and picked me up again after the job was done. Im gonna keep my business at this place.

I absolutely love this place!! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I brought my BMW to get repaired and they did and amazing job on it havent had any problem since. Mike, Moe, and Ibrahim were very helpful with the repair process. They gave me updates on my vehicle daily. These guys do Grade A automotive repairs. I highly recommend them.

Always kind and there always sweet and they always make conversation with you and its not boring to wait for your car because they have a great waiting room mike and moe and abraham are great the best Ive ever seen they are hard workers and you wont find a better deal then at Bruton auto repair!!!!!!

They got great service. I just have to stay in my car and they will check it out for me. I got a oil change done last week and they helped me to the waiting room and even offered me a drink such great people. I recommend then for anything. Best people everrrrr

ask for Moe, I usually dont trust Mechanic shops but he took the time to explain the repairs needed on my toyota. They repaired my suspension and did a full tune up. Gave me a good price and finished the job quick. This is going to be my new spot. Thanks guys

Best place ever. Really nice customer service. They come up to me I dont even need to get out of my car. They gave me a free ac check up and gave me a good price on frion. They are really nice and help me a lot. I recommend them for all your car needs.

Put defective parts on your car then try to make you pay for labor again when it was there fault for putting the defective part on the car i will never return here
