Ive gotten about 4 used tires from them in the past 2 years and have been very pleased with not only the quality but also the service!. The tires are always in good used condition and usually have about 50% even tread. I was able to inspect their selection and choose which ones I wanted before they mounted and balanced them. Its busy all the time and I usually have 2 to 3 people ahead of me but have never waited any longer than 30 to 45 minutes before Im out of there. I get my oil changed there quite often as well and have been as thoroughly pleased with them. My wait for an oil change is usually less at about 20 minutes. Their prices cant be beat for the quality they put out! The owner is nice and professional and is very reasonable on pricing. He wont nickel and dime you. Its great to finally find an auto shop that isnt out to steal your money! I recommend everyone I know and will continue to do business with them! Definitely give them a try!

I needed to sell my truck but it had bald tires and an expired inspection. I wanted to get as much as I could for my truck so I didnt want to spend too much on getting it ready for the new owner. I brought it to First Choice Auto and they took care of it! Initially, I wanted four matching tires with better than 50% tread. They had what I was looking for but the tread was right at 50%. I was told they could give me two matching for one side and two for the other with better tread. I said ok and I was allowed to go to their tire yard and pick out the ones I wanted. I got four tires (2 brands) that had 70% tread! They installed all four tires plus changed the oil and put a new inspection sticker on it for less than $250!! I was thrilled. And it took less than an hour and they were very friendly and helpful! I will definitely continue to come here for our car maintenance needs.

I went in for rotate and balance...he said 25.I was told I have a bubble and needed a tire,got a used 1for 35.So he says 50dollars for both things.I leave and go to Walmart and notice I dont have wheel weights on 3of my tires,I call them let em know,and I come back next morning.I go back and he wants to charge me 10bucks!He also told me that tires dont always need weights to be balanced! So I find the guy I spoke with and he said that I only bought a 2wheel rotate&balance. So after they said theyd fix it and do R&B again,and when hes done he comes to get me to show me the weights....NOW FOR SOME REASON HE PUTS STICKY WEIGHTS ON THE FRONT AND REGULAR WEIGHTS ON THE REAR. Now why would they do that? Now after all said and done,my car still shimmies a bit when I on highway,the whole reason I went in. Just watch the guys...make sure they do the work ur paying for.

I called to get a used tire and they said that they have one for me, went there they said you might only need a patch which I accepted it I was ok with it even though they charged me $19 for a patch, I saw they have a huge oil change sign on there wall for $19.99 and I asked for it, I went to next door got a sandwich and came back they charged me $42.99 for oil change and the sign on the wall says $19.99 they put 5000 miles oil without telling me, they didnt give any receipt or proof that they checked my battery or replaced the filter, didnt inspected any fluids like how oil changed suppose to, they charged me $62 without a ticket to know what they did to the car, save your time and go to another place

These guys are super helpful, on two separate occasions, both times very close to closing, they were very willing to lend a helping hand. The first time, I needed a tire bad as I had been driving on my spare for about two months and they were able to sell me a tire at a great price and offer a 30 day warranty on it. The second time was just yesterday 8/18/2016, my windshield wiper clip had broken off and of course it was about to start raining and I didnt have a passenger side wiper. They were gracious enough to just give me another wiper in exchange for mine and also put it on for me. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I got a great price on a relatively rare used sports tire that I couldnt find anywhere. They had fast service, and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, after driving ~20 miles the tire popped. I am not only out the price of the tire, but now my car is stuck in downtown Dallas, and Im lucky I didnt wreck my car or destroy the rim it sits on. The shop has a 30 day warranty on tires, but that is no good if my car cant make it back to the shop... hopefully this can be remedied by the shop.

I got a couple used tires from here a couple weeks ago. I got tires of 50-60% even tread for less than a quarter of what they would have cost me new. Tires were in perfectly serviceable condition as well, and I was invited to inspect them before they did the mount and balance. I was in and out of there in a half hour, even though they were having a busy weekday afternoon. Great place to do business, and Ill be sure to call these guys again when its time for a full new set. Thumbs up!

Do not buy used tires from this place. Thier tires suck and their 30 day warranty is pathetic to say the least.I bought a used tire 2 days ago and the tire is bad and they would not replace it. What a joke. Save yourself some time and some money and go a couple blocks down the street to Princeton tire. The tire i got from there is great and at least 3 times more tread. Well worth the buy. Princeton tire is A++ and first choice auto and tire well lets just say they blow.

I went to this location a couple weeks ago for the first time for an oil change and inspection. I pulled into a parking spot and was literally greeted at my car the moment I pulled up. They coordinated the best timing for oil change and inspection. I was going to get picked up while they worked on my car, but they were done before I could even get a ride! Everybody there was super fast and very friendly!!! A++++ Will recommend this place to everyone! Thank you!

As far as I have been able to tell (and we have been going here for a couple of years) they are honest folks who do not try and rip you off. I go to Firestone for an oil change and they will tell me I have thousands of dollars of work that needs to be done, then I take it to Craig and he tells me what I really need. These guys make their money through referrals, not through ripping you off.
