My wife takes her car to McKinney Firestone for an alignment; they tell us they cannot do the alignment until we spend $279.98 to replace a couple bushings. Additionally they find “weak” front and rear engine mounts, the cost to fix $920.98. With the $199.99 Firestone Life Time Alignment discounted to $179.99 the total cost would be $1,380.95 before tax. Taking the car to Joe and the guys at Solutions Automotive total bill with tax was $219.79. Why you ask, the weak engine mounts didn’t exist the fact is they had been replaced recently by Solutions Automotive and where perfect. The $279.98 suspension parts, at Solutions that work with parts and labor were $171.86. Adding to that is the fact that the part called out for repair by McKinney Firestone wasn’t bad, they told her the control arm bushings needed replacement but it was the sway bar bushings two VERY different things. How about the purpose of this quest, her alignment, instead of charging her she was told it wasn’t needed; who does that? So let’s total it up $1,380.95 without tax at Firestone McKinney at 75 and 380 or $219.79 for suspension work and an oil change and nothing we didn’t need. That’s $1,161.16 that Firestone tried to basically con from my wife using pressure and scare tactics, never again! Thank you Joe and all the guys at Solutions!

It might have taken a little longer than expected, BUT I got my Jaguar XJ8L back and it is running oh so smooth!!! I can not thank you enough, we will definitely be back with our other fleet of vehicles as soon as they need it! I was really worried about the price and how much it was all going to cost, I mean I was literally sleepless, when yall told me the price, I was like that its? Including this and this and you were like yup. My husband couldnt get out the door fast enough and Im pretty sure he woulda kissed ya if he lost himself!!! LOL We have an old soul, so when we like something, we keep coming back. I couldnt get past the whole, she is fixed lets drive her, I mean I literally kept my eyes glued to my gauges and they never budged. I mean I drove her down 121 to 35 and back with no stops, I was grinning from ear to ear pulling up in the driveway! Thank you so much! My wife has always gone to the local dealership to have her car serviced. She got a used SUV recently, and we took it to be checked out. Basically, the dealership recommended replacing everything beneath the vehicle for almost $4500. I took it to Solutions the next day, and over half the items on the dealerships list didnt need to be done. Solutions also identified a couple of things the other guys missed which would have caused big, expensive problems later on. They documented all of their suggestions and finished the work quickly and professionally. Also, they back their work. Theyre now taking care of all our vehicles.

We are from Missouri and were traveling through McKinney, TX recently with our fifth wheel in tow. Our Truck blew a hose, antifreeze everywhere and of course were stuck on the shoulder of Hwy 45. What to do, but say a prayer and get on smart phone to look up help! I called Solutions, lo and behold Joe the owner comes out to us on Hwy 45 to make certain we could make it to his shop. Wow what service, his staff were amazing too. We would highly suggest anyone taking their vehicle to Solutions! Thanks guys for helping us on our way and God Bless!!!

When I sold my business the buyer threw in a 68 Mustang. Unbeknownst to me, it had several problems. I took it to Solutions Automotive in McKinney and Joe took unbelievable care of me and the car. He was extremely upfront and honest about all the issues and even helped getting the motor rebuilt off site. I could not be more pleased with the "new" car and the service I received. My husband usually does most of our automotive work at home, however this time we had to have the entire engine replaced! We had taken our Tahoe to another place and they quoted us a very high price. Joe and his team were less expensive and delivered everything in just a few short days. From Kathy in the office, to Robert, the mechanic who worked on my car to Joe Yannessa, the owner. Joe took a personal interest in the work being done on my car. I am a car guy with a old, rare, mid-engine car requiring 8-jointed arms to work on. Most places wont even accept my car, much less do the research to do a great job. These folks refurbished my fuel tank, which on my car is a task like Thermopylae, and rebuilt my very rare oil cooler with all the correct parts, without a cent of extra charge. I know this took them forever because I tried it. 6 months later the work is holding up great. I am very picky and would go nowhere else.

This place is incredible! I cant even begin to describe how wonderful my experience was at Solutions. Although it is never great news to hear about issues with your vehicle, there can be a peaceful way to receive the information. The customer service here is impeccable and I have personally been in customer service for over 15 years so I have some experience. For over 6 years I have not found a mechanic who was able to diagnose my engine whinning. I dropped my car off late Friday and was told I would hear from them on Saturday. The next morning they called with a diagnosis, a price and that they would have my car ready by the end of the day. Indeed my car was ready, price was as quoted, and my engine whine is gone! Thanks to Joe at Solutions Automotive my car has been saved as well as my sanity!

I remember my registration sticker had expired, although I had it in my car, and without even asking, the guys at solutions automotive took that extra step to put it on my windshield for me!
