I am very satisfied with the top-notch service at J&D. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I had previously brought my Mercedes Benz to various other shops in the area prior to coming here without any luck. When I brought it to J&D, Don was able to make a correct diagnosis, quickly. He really knows his stuff! What really made a difference was the fact that he made sure to make note of all the problems I was having and asked thorough questions prior to even looking at the car. I also liked that they took the time to go over all the options with me to ensure that I was making the best decision for my car as well as my wallet. This is by far the best shop I have ever been to. The pricing is very fair, and most importantly: they are very honest and will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service without spending a fortune. I will never take my MBZ anywhere else!

Ken and Don are AWESOME! Not only do they provide amazing service, but they give exceptionally affordable pricing! And they literally do everything! I have a Scion Tc and took it to get some performance modifications done and they were able to do everything and for incredible pricing and in really short time frame! Theyve put a Cold Air Intake, Performance Lightweight Crank Pulley, Custom Catback exhaust, and Performance Calipers. As a result i went from doing 300 miles per tank to 400 miles per tank! Since this place is family run, the customer service is great! And as stated earlier, the pricing is GREAT! I now take my car to them for everything! Inspection, oil change, repairs, and performance upgrades! These guys know what they are doing and are beyond trustworthy!

Fast vehicle inspection -- but then waited 30 minutes without anyone notifying me that it was done while I waited on the repair property. Employee acted defensive indicating that it was all my fault.
