These guys are not good for anything more than an oil change. I showed up 20 minutes til 7 as a referral from an employee from orileys and needed a sensor changed out so that I could safely make it home to terrell and they took 10 minutes to decide if they had time to help me or not and they finally decided they would and they got the sensor off and realized I had gotten the wrong part from orileys. I was told that they would put the olid sensor back on and that I could take the other one back and get the right part. I asked if they were going to help me when I got the part and they said they were not sticking around they were closing shop and would not be there by the time I got back from orileys which is only 2 blocks away. So not only did I get terrible customer service they also sent me out without a resolution and with the possibility of being stranded. They didnt apologize or say they were sorry or offer a better solution they just handed me my keys and sent me on my way. I will never return here. I let the guy at orileys know and he said he was sorry and he wont be sending anyone there and I will make sure my co workers and family know better as well. I will continue to drive all the way to Mesquite for a more reliable and more customer oriented automotive shop. I understand they wanted to get home and it was Friday night but all I wanted was to know that I would make it home. And they had no concern for anyone other than themselves whatsoever.

I took my vehicle their twice first time I dropped $850 to get it fixed they said it was ready so I drove it the next day it was doing the same thing it wasnt fixed then they told me it was something else so I dropped $325 to fix it and guess what its still not fixed these ppl do not know what their doing ppl I suggest to yall not to take your vehicle their they just guess

The staff is friendly just wish they would as efficient on oil changes. I took my 2003 xterra and they did not add enough oil, my mechanic told us that had we driven a few more miles in the condition the engine was in and it would been ruined. The same thing happened to our 2013 hyundai the exact same thing! Do not go to this place!

Went in because I had a flat tire and they were very nice! Had me in a Out in no time! I have now kept them as my go to shop! Also get my oil changes there and my husband does as well! Im glad they opened this location near my house!!

Bad experience. Came here with my 4cyl civic and it took them an 1hr. Walked outside they huddle up talking in a corner not working. Management didnt do anything for my horrible experience

I needed a tire patched/plugged, it was 630, 30 min before they close. Luis had to stay late and fix the tire. Real nice mechanic. I am forever thankful. Thank you Big D!
