It was a very bad experience for me, I got there after I try to get my inspection done and they refered me to that place to fix the horn in my car, so i asked them if they can look at my car and tell me how much and what it was gonna take to fix it, they totally ignored me and after 20 min they finely look at it and it took them 1 hour and 45 min for tell me that horn was damaged and that they have to replace it and it was gonna cost me $150 usd and they try to pushed me to do it even know I told them i did not have time that day cause I have to work that ever offered me to take me to my job but I have to get it done right then. It was very annoying to me, so i walked out then my husband look at it and fix it was not big deal and guess what they took my horn out of my car and not even told me so it took my husband for ever to find out and i have to buy an other one i mean cost me just $18 usd ti fixr it and my husband 25 min to do it,I can not beleive they did all that !!!!!i will never go back to that place or recomended to any one.

These guys were great! My A/C went out and I had taken it somewhere else to get looked at. After getting a ridiculously high quote, I brought my car here and they found the problem quickly and were able to fix it that day. I ended up paying $1000 less than what my original quote was and I felt like these guys were more thorough in their inspection. I also liked that they didnt try performing services I didnt ask for. Ive had some bad experiences before paying for things I didnt want done on my car, but these guys did exactly what I wanted. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me out, not just get as much as they can out of me. I will definitely be coming here next time I have an issue with my car!!!

James and all of the people at Jackson Automotive have been very helpful and keep our cars running well. They take time to explain what our cars need and why. They do the job right and in a timely manner. They even spent a lot of time with us helping us decide on a used car. They checked it over before we bought it so we knew what we were getting. We recommend Jackson Automotive to all of our friends. We appreciate their knowledge, skill and honesty.

Great work that you can trust. My car had a burning smell. Took it to the shop, and it was a plastic bag that had jammed into my exhaust. No charge. Love having a shop I can trust. Jackson Automotive in Rockwall. Not the fastest or cheapest but I trust them and they will continue to get my business.

Jackson and his team offer that down-home, personal attention and do good work. The prices are on the high side of moderate. Do ask to be consulted prior to repairs or you may end up with fixes you didnt authorize, but I think that is just part of their getting the job done right.

Ive been there a couple times. A family owned and operated business. They do quality work that they stand behind. They dont fool around and get it done quick. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and I will continue to give them my business.
