The PC system Autozone has is prehistoric, so looking up anything will take longer that it has to in all locations. Management has to push for sales because of the store deadline. For example the gas system cleaner? the truth is, you dont need one until your car is like 60-100k miles or if you just dont know what your car has bee through until now, but not every 10k miles. Hard work, low pay, high sales pressure, strict time management, and odd computer systems are what employees have to deal with, so take it easy on them. At this store employees are really hard working and they will help you, especially gary and chris. They will get you anything you need, but the little extras are usually not necessary. If they are not sure about a product and you need an answer, all stores will give you anything for generic application. In those cases go somewhere else. Lastly, if anyone gives you an attitude, just ask for another cashier or go to another store if the manager doesnt make their employees comply.

When the right people are there the service is....good. But I went in just a few nights ago because a pair of gloves I had purchased there were falling apart after the 1st day!! And the guy who handled my transaction was very rude and didnt seem happy at all
