My name is Raydene Cates Im a customer of parkway car care for over 5 years. Tony has been a true friend. I had colon cancer. And money was real tight. Tony would always tell me that I could pay out the bill if I needed. That to me tells me that he was a true blue gentleman. He also keeps the cleanest garage I have ever been in. I dont just recommend Parkway Car Care. These guys will not only fix your car. They have some of the most reasonable prices in town. And Tony Thank you so very much. No one has ever offered me to pay my repairs out. You didnt even know me back then. And you were willing to let me pay it out. Even though I never took you up on it . Please take my advice GO TO PARKWAY CAR CARE. and save yourself worry and cash, LUV YA TONY !!!! Customer for life.

So I went here because of the good rating, got an oil change, everything went good. They were very nice but i had them check my ac because it wasnt working. They said my line had a hole in it and it had leaked out all of the freeon. Paid 45 just to have it checked, they quoted me $298 to fix it. So i decided to take it to my moms mechanic just to see if i could get it done cheaper. He tested it right there in front of me, no holes anywhere. It just needed freeon. I recommend not going here unless you just need an oil change. Especially if youre a woman like me that only knows how to change a tire and nothing else on a car. Always get a 2nd opinion, maybe even a 3rd. I am very dissapointed at this place and will not go back and i will tell my friends and family not to go here.

I can ALWAYS count on Parkway. Every time I go in, (We have too many cars) Tony is straight with me, and completely honest. It is so important to have a mechanic that you can count on, and these guys are IT. Tony and his crew work hard to make sure cars run right, and the Quality is spot on. Tony fixes the car ONCE, and he stands behind his work. I recently had to buy a used car, and I made sure it get the okay from Parkway before I bought it. I earnestly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a quality, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic.

FIVE stars is not enough for Parkway Car Care. Ive been going to them for several years now. I consider Tony a personal friend. They are the most HONEST people you could find to work on your cars and they do good, quality work too! Hes NEVER led me astray in recommendations for my car. Hes stayed open late for me and done all kinds of things for me that youd NEVER see with another car repair shop. I cant recommend them highly enough. Take your car there for everything from oil changes to major repairs like I have and you can thank me later!!

Previously had all my vehicles repaired there as they did good jobs. New owner or management took over 2012. I paid for a new windshield washer reservoir for my wifes car. Found out never installed but was charged for it. Had passenger side mirror replaced but the electronics never installed. My video was disconnected and the interior door handle damaged along with the dash board when repairing the AC. Spoke with new owner who had attitude and challenged my issues. Never go back, dishonest and shoddy work.

Okay, again I just got back in from going to Parkway Car Care here in Rowlett Texas, and man i have to say what a bunch of honest people , The guy that owns this place Tony, Hes TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK !! THE GREAT THING ABOUT THIS PLACE, HE Isnt out to RIP YOU OFF !! he is HONEST !! I guess the best way I can explain it, Its LIKE getting family prices !!! I take both of my vehicles here. They are always fast and the bill is always under what I think it will be. There have been times when I requested a service and was told I did not need it yet. My cars are not old but we drive a lot. I just did a 100,000 tune up on one of my cars and I am getting 2 mpg more now than I did when it had 30,000 miles on it. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Parkway Car Care for a couple of years now. I have always been treated fairly, have experienced excellent customer service and the prices are reasonable. On one tune up, I believe it was for 100,000 miles- Tony added up what the services would be and I compared it to other places, he had the best price. They are local also. Great place for Rowlett!!!

Went 3 times within 2 months for AC not cooling and had different parts replaced each time that didnt fix the issue, and on the third visit was told my vehicle want worth what really needed replaced. The Manger is rude and acts like he just doesnt want your business. Wrote a Facebook review stating the same thing and they decided to reply with a rude comment.

The owner is very dishonest. Jacks up the prices of parts 100% more if you are African American. He told me that n he doesnt even want them. N***, (*s in his lobby. I have personally witnessed him send one of his mechanics out to the parking lot to intercept an African American in the parking lot on more b than one occasion.

Ive been taking my cars to Parkway Car Care for everything from routine maintenance to major repairs for more than 10 years and I highly recommend them. The current owner has always been honest, fair, and respectful to me and I still go there for all car care even after moving from Rowlett to Dallas three years ago.

As our Suburban and Lexus are getting older they are getting to where they need maintenance or repair and weve taken our vehicles to Parkway vs. the dealer. We havent been disappointed. Weve found them to be honest and qualified.....which is difficult to find these days.

Ive been doing business with Tony for over 8 years now and he is by far the most honest businessman around. Several times they have found that I needed only a simple inexpensive fix were as the majority of shops would have absolutely taken someone to the cleaners.
