Mike took my call before officially opening his shop and had me come right down to repair the U-joints and support bearing in my drive line. He was very up front on costs, timelines, and showed me the issues before he took the task on. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient with his work as I was having to wait for the repair rather than dropping off my vehicle. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him working on my vehicle, not searching out additional issues or suggestions to try to increase my final bill as I have had happen at other businesses. His theory on customer service is rare and his skill, talent, and appreciation for his vocation is outstanding. I choose to support small, private businesses rather than corporations, trying to keep my spending local to ensure good people like Mike stick around. Its hard to find someone like him and the service he provides and I will be taking all of my future business to him without hesitation. Thank you Mike, I appreciate you!

I took my wifes car to see Michael at Trust Auto Repair recently for a brake replacement and oil change. Michael called me after assessing the brakes and gathering the numbers. He let me know outright what it was going to cost to have the brake pads replaced and machining the rotors along with the full cost including the oil change. The brake pads had to be special ordered but he received them the next day, a Saturday no less, and had everything completed by around noon. The quality of the work was top notch and the price was reasonable considering the higher cost of the brake pads. I will go back to Trust for all of my work and will recommend Michaels work to anyone whos looking for honest and solid work.

I needed a few belts for my Kia Rio and I had been quoted a very high price, so I did some research and contacted Trust Auto after seeing their great reviews. I spoke with Mike who was professional, kind and extremely helpful. He quoted me a decent price and we set up an appointment. The shop is close to my work and they were finished in less than 30 minutes - even with the fact that I needed an extra belt. Right then and there we talked with Mike about bringing my boyfriends car in to take a look at - it has a lot of issues and I completely trust that Mike will give me an honest assessment and do his best to work with me. I feel like I have finally found a mechanic I can "trust"!

Excellent work. I bought a used car and was not told that it had been in a wreck as well as had part of a used engine from a different model year put in it. Also, it had been poorly assembled. Mike and John were able to decipher all the weird things that had previously been done to the car. The head had begun to come off the engine and the harmonic balancer was broken. They repaired it with the correct parts and did so quickly. Mike was upfront about everything and showed me all that needed to be done before any work began. He also kept me up to date as the engine was disassembled. I highly recommend Trust Auto Repair.

I brought in a used vehicle to have inspected before buying it. Mike was very straightforward and honest when describing the problems that the vehicle had, and prevented me from making a costly mistake. Unlike many mechanic shops might do, Mike did not sugarcoat this vehicles problems in order to gain future business when I brought it in to him for repairs. Because Mike is the owner and soul operator of this business, I like that I can count on him always being the person who does the repairs on my car. Mike seems like a no nonsense kind of mechanic who has the customers best interest in mind. I highly recommend him!

We have been to Mike on several occasions for repairs on our Toyota Scion and every time have been more than satisfied with his work. He does excellent work and is very honest and reasonable in his prices.A few days ago, he replaced the struts and the shocks on our car. It rides and drives like a new one! He is an honest person and very pleasant to work with. He showed me exactly what was wrong. I appreciated that. Its a relief to know there is someone out there that isnt trying to cheat you or rob you blind! I am very satisfied with his work. He knows what hes doing and does it right!

I took my Infiniti in due to a warning light for air bags appearing on the dash. I was fearful of a complicated and expensive issue with the on board computer. Mike ran a diagnostic analysis, which indicated the issue was merely low air pressure in my tires. He aired them up, which eliminated the sensor light warning and sent me on my way. He declined to charge me anything, since it was such an easy fix...great customer service!

Today i called about getting my clutch installed on my car, i had my own parts and was willing to throw him extra cash for his work. but he was very rude on the phone and told me "we dont install other people car parts, sorry." and than proceeds to hang up on me. when in the past he has put my parts on my car for the cost of labor. he has also bought parts. This is NOT someone you can trust... smh.

We were traveling through the area and had a recent repair fail. Trust was open first thing Monday morning and able to do our repair quickly. But far more importantly, the owner showed me the failed part, explained the problem and solution, more than once walked me back in the shop, and took a friendly, down to earth approach to customer service. While performing a routine oil change, the mechanic noticed that one of our sway bar bushings was cracked, broken, and in need of replacement. He ordered the replacement part and installed it. This avoided a much higher repair bill down the road. Thank you for being proactive!
