I went in store to buy CV joints for 2009 Altima which was 79.01 gave the cashier 100.00 he gave me .99 cent back . I more than positive I gave him 100.00 the manager Paul comes and say he cant pull tape nor count down register . In 2017 you dont have the ablilty to do either in a multi million dollar company ? He stated call bk tomorrow & well have it for you if it was over . Really I live over 20 miles away Im only in the area to get my car fix & you want me to believe that all your workers are honest & going to willing say hey we were 20.00 over . Yes its 20.00 but its mine & I did contact district manager & will contact his manager to let them know how unprofessional they were . So I may not get it back but my voice will be heard. Dont shop their !!!!!!!

I called 5 times and was rudly placedon hold 20minutes at a time it was 700 pm on February 18th 2016 I will never shop with autozone again if you all cant even answer a call I called another store and was told by that store and wasnt much better I will shop at Napa for all my work trucks from now on thanks for opening my eyes!!!!! Friendly service although they lack in the speedy department. They do take theyre time helping customers which is great cause they help so very much, but if all you need is an air freshener and it takes 15 minutes?? They need to figure that out

They gave me wrong filter wrong oil. Didnt get a receipt. Terrible customer service. I had to go over to the store more than 3 times to try to get the issue resolved.i will not recommend this store to anyone.
