Im from out of state, specifically oregon. we came here because family said that they could have them check our car out because we were overheating. my car, a 2003 Dodge Neon, started overheating when we got into Utah we never thought anything about it and let it rest for about an hour. it did it a second time in Utah just outside of salt lake city so we rented a motel room until it got dark because that was the only solution we thought of. jump to the middle of nowhere near the southern Utah Colorado border and we overheated again. once more in new Mexico to and we were about half an hour from Albuquerque. so we went to a shop which was only doing trucks that day and a guy there said hed be willing to do it if we went to OReillys to get the part which turned out to be the thermostat. indeed it was my old one was so corroded that we were lucky we switched it out. so we got on the road once again and got to Albuquerque then we started to overheat once again luckily we pulled to the side and let it cool down. at this point my mother and I were so dont that we just wanted to push right to texas driving once again at night. we make it into Texas and get near out exit to pull of to family and boom overheat again. so we pull into a home depot there and cool down because of course it is hot that day so we let the car also cool down. the next day we take it to this shop and I explain everything that has happened and how we overheated the switched out the thermostat. now as to clear up we never once pushed my car when it was on red. they asked how far we went on red and I said not that far and I also said that we just needed it done. they looked at it then came back said that they would call us when they finished. I get the call and the guy says yeah we have it done and ready so come and pick it up. we couldnt because there was nobody around to get us there so we had my aunt go get it and made sure she pushed it so that we knew if they did anything. just as she got the the house it overheated going slow. so naturally we were like wtf. we called and said it overheated again. they had us bring it back in to see if they could figure it out. then comes today theyve had it a full day and said that they switched out the not even 3 day old thermostat for a brand new one saying new parts can be faulty which yes I knew was true. they didnt charge for the first time because they didnt find anything. we ask if they ran it with full a/c and they claimed they did. the second time they said they did it to and couldnt find a single problem. so naturally we trusted them a little and drove back full a/c going the speed limit, as we were getting off the highway and heading down the road to my aunts house it overheated. Feed up with it I just drove it to her house parked and let it cool. we looked at the bill which was absurdly charged a mind boggling $120 just to get a new part and a "gallon" of antifreeze. the car doesnt even have enough space for a gallon only half a gallon. the milage was all the same when it was checked in and checked out so they never did "test" the car because nothing was different.im so upset because we are leaving tomorrow and this means the whole drive back my mother and I have to stress the hell out because of being weary of the car over heating. never again will I use this or any other goodyear ever.

mini cooper oil change last month. they did not change the oil filter during the oil change and this cause my oil leak. I have to redo oil change. every day i still check for oil leak and havent see any drips. Here is my story. Got an oil change about amoth ago. after 2 week my friends notice that I have an oil leak where I park. I thought it wasnt mine so I start park on a different spot. Still there oil dropping and I thought that something might be wrong with my car. so I went to AutoZone to buy the stop leak. it didnt help. Start thinking back, there was not oil drip before until my last oil change. Start looking around for part do my own oil change. No one have the 36 mm oil ranch to remove the oil filter cap. I have to order online. Once i got all the parts and did my own oil change. I look at the oil filter and it look old and the oil ring is extra flat. My conclusion is that I think what happen is that when they take out the oil filter and they did not have an extra filter. they just put it back and hope it ok. But every one know on a BMW or Mini, the oil ring should not be re-use when changing the oil filter. Plus this place will take close or more than 1 hrs for oil change.

I have been to this location 3 times in the last 2 years. I have never had work performed as each time there is some reason that I cannot be helped. Today (#3) I went for a oil change and tire rotation at about 1:00 pm. I had a online coupon and I planned on leaving my truck and walking to walmart to do some shopping. There were 2 people behind the desk. The employee helping me said it might take awhile. I let them know that I was walking to walmart and so had some time. The other employee behind the desk who was talking with another person about something on his smartphone exclaimed " 2 hours before we can even start it, I can set you a appointment tomorrow". He then went back to "his" conversation. I said I need the work done today as it is my day off. Employee #2 pipped up again and said I could come back at 5:00 pm today then went back to his smartphone. The level of concern for a customer was no where to be seen. There will not be a 4th attempt.

I had an appointment at 12 for an oil change, once I got there it was instant service, and they gave me the 10$ off coupon and a free tire rotation. They were very nice, and it was easy and fast. Also, if you plan on waiting, there is a nice little lobby in there with chairs and a TV to watch if you want, along with things to read.

Will not go to another goodyear tire place again. We were from out of town and they would not fix our tire but all they did was try and sell us another. We had a spare but they didnt even offer to change it. Went across the street to discount tire and they were happy to change to our spare and at no charge.

been going here for about 10 years - we love Sam and John who have treated us honest and fair. We trust their judgement and expertise. Great customer service and Sunday hours are always beneficial for getting in on weekends.
