It is not matter to me anymore however I hope my information will help you. I used to go there to replace oil and tire. One day I replace oil and they offered me lifetime wheel aliment. It was good deal so I took it. That was my mistake. About 2 months after they did aliment my front tire peeled out only outside. Usually Germans car front tire warn out outside faster than inside but it was Lexus. I though simple fix that replace to new tire and aliment again because I got lifetime aliment. Also I never had problem with them so I replaced all 4 tires and did aliment. A few months later I heard loud tire noise so they did aliment again. A few day later I heard some knock noise from front wheel while I was driving and felt like steering wheel was loose and hard and made loud tire noise again. I asked them check it again and they told me suspension need to be replace. I planed to go Lexus dealer to do recall at the time so I went to Park Place and ask them about it. They told me aliment was bad and a bolt that adjust aliment was missing. Also they told me the bolt can not be fall by itself and someone must touched it to do aliment. I called Firestone at the Park Place asked them what happen they told me the technician who checked my car last time said aliment was fine so he did not touched it and suspension was bad. Really? Aliment at the Park Place I could not hear any tire noise and steering wheel worked fine.

My experience started off great. Everyone was nice and friendly. However I came in to get two new tires and when I left my car started to shake so I pulled over and thats when I noticed that they didnt securely put back on the bolts to my tire. I was unable to drive back up there so I called to see if they could send someone to my location to fix it I was put on hold for seven minutes. Finally when they answered they sent someone out and he secured the tire. I was terrified about the whole situation they did apologize about the situation. But when I called I felt as if they didnt really care that I could have been really hurt. With that being said I will not be revising any other Firestone locations.

Its been months since the Firestone "Care" team contacted me about the incident described below. Still no contact from local management. Just goes to show you how much (or very little) they care. Need negative stars. Check out the photos I added of my lower swing arms. Nuts gone bolts almost out. This Firestone has become a worthless high volume repair ripoff. One guy told me that my rear brake caliber needed replacing because it was causing the car to pull when breaking. Wut? Highschool level mechanics at best. They emailed me in response to this review and opened up an incident with the local management. I havent heard from the since. Not even an email from the local manager. Ha!

I really want to give 5 stars, however: When they diagnose your cars problem, then tell you a price to fix, why isnt that the price you end up paying? I get a call with a quote ($1000), then go to pick up my vehicle, THEN they tell me Oh, we ran the diagnosis and THEN fixed it, so its the $1000 PLUS the fee for diagnosis. Seriously???? Customer service = value perception. If Im spending $1000, throw in the $89 diagnostic exam for free!!!! Are you kidding me??? Im seriously glad you got 1 of the 5 CMT in the country, but earn my repeat business by making me feel like you honor and value my business. I think you more than covered the spread.....

Ok, so went here to get my brakes fixed...i got charged $1500. Brakes were fine for like 2 weeks. Went to get my brakes checked again at an actual dealership and they said my brakes were completely messed up, the pads put on backwards, brake fluid was leaking all over the place. Basically the people working at this firestone are idiots. Luckily the workers at southwest Kia in Rockwall were really sympathetic and cut me a break to fix them properly. Still had to pay an additional $120. Had to get the brake fluid completely flushed out and pads put on correctly. Last time I go to firestone.

I decided after I received such great service at another location Id rate this location simply because I had to go to another location because this one here in Rockwall never seems to have the time to do an oil change even if you arrive 5 hours before closing. After about the third time of being turned away I found a location near my business. WOW...what a difference in customer service! The guys at the Spring Valley location were more than happy to assist. Firestone either needs to open another location in Rockwall, hire more employees or train their staff better.

Ive been coming to the Rockwall location for quite some time. Theyre honest, transparent and go the extra mile. Today I had a routine oil change to find my gasket needed to be replaced (never do I get my car back with a long laundry list of things needed which is why I keep coming as well). Not only did they replace my gasket at a great cost, they replaced my spark plugs at No Charge since they were already in the engine where they needed to be.... thats a huge savings. I wont take my car w 100k miles anywhere else!

I took my car in for a routine oil change. I was told my ball joints were bad and needed repair. The technician made it sound very unsafe for me to drive my children around. I was told it would cost over $600 dollars to repair. Not being a car person, I took my car to a dealership in the area. They told me there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my ball joints or my car, in general. This business just wanted to make a fast buck off of me. I will never be back. What a rip off! Its a scam. Buyer beware!!!!!

Jake Vaughn at your Rockwall, Texas location is awesome! He catered to my every need even when I messed up and ordered the wrong size tires for my truck. He made it right and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my tires. He even put my new wheels on for me and my new tires and wheels look great! Thank you so much Jake. Firestone has a definite asset with Jake Vaughn. Because of his customer service, I will bring my truck back for all my service work and tire needs.

If you are looking for a stand-up guy, my experience with Alvin today was phenomenal. I started the afternoon taking my car to get a oil change at another service center where they wouldnt touch the problem they discovered. After getting my car towed to Firestone, Alvin handled my frustration with calm, respectful responses. Even though it is unclear to me who was responsible for the cause of my problem, it was resolved and Alvin earned my long-term business.

Me thinks not is right! Ive taken my cars here several times and every single time they send me home with pages and pages of what needs to be fixed. This last time they told me that my truck wouldnt pass inspection and I needed 900 bucks worth of work done and guess what? I am looking at my brand new inspection sticker right now that I got from Express Care in Rockwall the ver next day!! Yes they inspected it just fine. BEWARE- take your vehicle elsewhere!!!
