Installed all new front end parts (including tie rod ends) on a customers truck. Told him to get an alignment done and he took it here. Customer calls me and says they cant do the alignment because he needs tie rod ends and it would cost over 600 dollars to install them (which is exorbantly overpriced). I called and spoke with the manager who started screaming at me because I called him a liar. Pissed, I drove down there and demanded they put the truck back on a lift so we could look at it together with the customer. The technician and manager both did not know how to identify and bad tie rod end. Literally one of the simplest parts on a vehicle. After I demonstrated how to check tie rod ends the manager apologized and offered 20% off the alignment. My customer was satisfied with that. When I returned to the waiting area. I listened to the salesmen sell tie rod ends to three other customers. Im disgusted by the business practices of this facility and warn everybody to avoid this place.

Some tie store... they cant work on tires with inner tubes. I had a flat in the mall parking lot, changed the wheel, and figured there shouldnt be a problem since I could get my tire fixed st the local Firestone tire shop. I took the tire and wheel in and asked of they could work on wire wheels (which I thought work be the big problem). They werent sure, but found one of their people who claimed they could. I gave them the tire and wheel. About three minutes later he brought them back saying "I cant fix this... its got a tube!" Some tire store, if they cant replace a tube! I delt with this same store YEARS ago when I had the same kind of wheels on my car. Theyve certainly come down since then! And I wont be back to this, or any other, Firestone store. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Went to have a car looked at that I recently purchased. My husband is a mechanically inclined and we wanted a second opinion. They told us we needed new rear tires and that the inside was bald. This was the tire design! They told us the in cabin air filter needed changed. It was changed less than 1,500 miles ago! They told us the air filter needed changed. Pulled it out and it looked good! Told us we needed front brakes and they were at the wear indicators. Again looked and they were not. Lies to make money. Firestone is a great company, but the employees at this store leave a bad taste for Firestone. Stay far away from this store unless you know what you need.

One of the worst and most bigot and medival workshop, the managing director is stupid and uneducated, try calling him by phone to have an idea about his dirty attiude. I can easily file a law suit against this shop that include hate, bigotry and denying serving some people from certain ethnicity or religion. Worse than that the office that deals with all firestones location in Oklahoma embrace the same way of thinking and bigotry. The best way to complain is social media. The conclusion is that the managing director has a dirty tongue and he was probably raised somewhere away from the civilized cities and he was schooled at home or some other poor instituion

Took my car in because the check engine light came on and then it quit on the side of the highway. I come back and they tell me it will be $650 to repair. I checked with a friend who knows more about cars. Turns out the part that needed replacing is the mass airflow sensor, which they charged $55 for (even that sounds like a markup based on prices I saw elsewhere). Also, from researching it looks like it would take about 5 minutes to replace. Watch out, I was warned that they would try to rip me off and they did! Diagnostic fee of $99 down the drain, at least I did my research before they did any work.

Wow. This place is just BAD. I have never been a fan of firestone stores for a number of reasons, but this one takes the cake. I recently decided to give them one more chance, so I called this location about getting my oil changed. When I asked how long it would take - "Are you very busy right now?" - the employee responded "oh, no, if you want to come on down here we can get you in and out as soon as possible." Upon arriving, I learned that it would take "at least a few hours" to have my oil changed. Long story short, this firestone also sucks.

I do not know how the people running this shop sleep at night. They tried to charge me 85 dollars for an hour labor to take my dog house off. I kindly asked them to pull my van back out, and did it myself in under a minute. I took my van in for simple repairs, and 400 dollars later its still not fixed. These guys will take you for as much as they can. I suggest finding a local independent you can trust. These guys are thieves.

Incompetent dishonest overcharging and careless. Tried to sell new wiper blades that were just replaced. Broke lug nut lock and had to sell new set of lug nuts for $60. no road hazard warranty for new tires. Always a problem. Never again. And you thought wal mart was bad. Probably the best is Expressway tire on Admiral, or Dinos , Hibdon , anywhere but Firestoners.

My husband and I took our car in b/c our brakes were grinding. We figured we would need new rotors, but not $1500 worth!! They said we needed all these other things done and when we took it to Robertson tire in owasso, they said we didnt need have of that stuff done to our car! We got out of Robertson with spending around $375... and theyre good honest people!

Read the bad reviews and was concerned. The employees did exactly what I asked and made reasonable suggestions. They didnt have the tires that I needed, but went to another store and picked them up very promptly. Called me and let me know when they had tires on site. The employees were polite.

When I mentioned "Road hazard warranty" there attitude changed, I was treated rude from them on, had them check my rear tires, they repaired one and voided the other because I had to plug it(The store in bartlesville never did this) It ended up taking over three hours. A lousy experiance.

The people here are always friendly and helpful. I had an issue where they could not locate a leak in my tire that they put on. I had to make multiple trips but they finally found it and fixed the tire. It was inconvenient but the service was good.
