I called this particular Meineke to get a quote on a pretty simple repair that I was having done at a Honda repair shop down the street from them. The gentleman said "they dont do over the phone" quotes as too many different makes/models, etc. Every other place Id called asked for the make/model of my car and was able to tell me how much the part would be and their labor rate per hour. I even offered to give this guy the part #. How sad is it that they are driving potential customers away before theyve even had a chance to come in and experience their poor service first hand?

WOW Its nice to find a bussiness thats offer quality work, a clean shop, an knowledgable pepole. I met Mr Mike and ask him if he could find a muffler for my old honda del sol. His answer I will have to make you one. His knowledge of his bussiness is amazing. And I am a veteran with disability so I told him my budget and he was able to work with in my budget. Thanks Mike

I had an issue with my work van and the staff could not have been better to me. They genuinely cared about my situation and they did their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I have nothing but tremendously good things to say about this location and I highly recommend taking your vehicle there.

I normally do just about everything I see on facebook. This one time I poured hot water and antifreeze into my gas tank to keep it from freezing. Needless to say it was a complete catastrophe. Car broke down, I got hit by a car as I stepped out to check on it. Anyway, they fixed my problem the first time right.

I took my truck into here and they fixed up my front suspension and steering. They handled my situation well. They were very honest about the scope of the work required and did a good job with my truck. I saw the other reviews here before I went in and I think the reviews are representative of the service here.

This place is great. I take my car here for routine stuff and the prices are quite reasonable. Some one put an ugly sticker on my car window because they thought I parked illegally (I wasnt) an they took it off for me -no charge. I am going here again an would take a major repair here if I needed one.

Excellent. I spoke with Mike to get a quote on rear brakes for my Saab and he took the time to benchmark my previous quote from a competitor and even explained why Saabs can be tricky and cost more. Mike certainly didnt have to take the time to provide insight, but he did and for that I Salute You!

They changed 2 tires on my Tacoma.lost 2 hub cups.Called right away[20 min],promised get me one,stopped there twice,nothing.The wallmart people never lost my hub cups, maybe know how to put simple things back.Never go back no time deal with them.

I needed DOT 6 blinker fluid for my car... The tech that I spoke too, Joe said it didnt exist... I was looking right at my owners manual and he was telling me it didnt exist... Spoke with the manager mike... He fixed everything for me.

These guys are great. If you have a problem and want it fixed correct and quick the first time go talk to Mike, if you want it half a** go somewhere else. Mike is a knowledgable manager with great techs. You guys are fanatastic

Much more professional and qualified personnel can be found in the area than those at this Meineke. Plus there are better rates and wait times out there. I recommend others look elsewhere.

Incredibly rude owner. Refused to accept a coupon and when I tried to ask why he became hostile and starting yelling and cursing at me. Take your business to more professional people.

Terrible! Do not take your car here unless you want to be OVERCHARGED and berated in the process. Something is not quite right with the manager "Mike" at this location.

These guys are a great bunch that are very knowledgable and wont sell you a bunch of parts you dont need. I take my car here when I dont have time to do it myself.
