This place took my car in at the last minute. They made sure I had a great experience as I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Everyone else (other repair shops) was not able to get me in for a few days. I called these guys and they said they were full and couldnt get me in until tomorrow. I explained to them my situation and they squeezed me in (full disclosure; I also explained my situation to the other repair shops). It was a short wait time and they were very nice and professional. I offered the mechanic a $20 tip (all I could afford to give) and he turned me down. He said it was not a big deal to help me out and they were glad to do it. He told me to keep the $20 (tip) cause he knew I would be back if something else went wrong on my vehicle. He was absolutely right. (fingers crossed) If I ever have anything wrong with my vehicle and I cant fix it, I am not hesitating to take my vehicle to these guys. I have recommended my neighbors to them and my neighbors have had a great experience as well. These guys are great!

We needed to get some repairs done on our truck, and based on reviews chose Bonner Springs Auto Repair. We couldnt be more pleased with the choice - Adam treated us amazingly! We had a number of items we wanted repaired and were unsure of the root cause of the issues, they were able to diagnose the problems and provide options for repair. They were very honest about what needed to be done, trustworthy with their recommendations and thorough with the repairs. They were also very fast – I know time is money, but they were able give me not only a spot on estimate of the repairs, but also provided me a solid timeline when they would be complete. My girl was stranded after a long weekend at the KC Ren Faire (where she has a shop on the event grounds). One of the folks at the faire told her this shop was honest and reliable as they had work done there in the past themselves and were very happy with the results. We had our van towed here under the impression something was wrong with the starter or starter solenoid. After it was towed to the shop, it took the guys about 10 minutes to determine it was nothing more than a loose ground cable causing the problem. After testing it a few times to be sure, they had her on the road home in minutes. Very thankful these guys were forthright with her. Should we be in need of any auto service in that area in the future, they are #1 on our list.

Our son was traveling from Altus OK to Oskaloosa IA returning back to college when he lost a u-joint in his pickup. After an overnight stay and calling on a Monday morning they worked my son in although they were booked for the day. The work was done quickly and the cost was very affordable. A huge thank you to those guys from worried(and somewhat feeling helpless) parents at the time!Great mechanics and friendly staff!

Adam was fantastic. He is knowable and straight forward. Its good to have a mechanic I can trust. I wish I took my jeep to him in the past he diagnosed the problems quickly (he didnt guess he knew). He explained what I could do myself to save money and fixed the other problem for FAR less then another shop quoted. I will be taking both my vehicles here for everything from now on.
