I had Olsen Auto look at a car before I purchased it from a dealer in Blair (Im not local) - I paid ~45 dollars for a "Full XX point review". My first warning flaired up when their report recorded the wrong mileage (144k, when in actuality it was 89k) - If you cant pay attention long enough to write the mileage down - how is your attention to detail going to be for the rest of the car? Anyways I got my report back which shouted no abnormal issues - their reviews thus far have been great so I shrugged off the mileage issue and went with their diagnosis. I took the newly purchased car into my local dealer to have the brakes done (I knew these needed to be changed when I bought the car). I didnt even ask them to look at the car, yet they appeared to have done a BETTER job than Olsen, FREE of charge. Dark Transmission Fluid - signifying the fluids old or there has been neglect in flushing. You checked the fluid, how do you not notice this?!!? Its because you didnt really check... Come on... The rear diff and the transmission are not OEM to the vehicle (Again, if youre not really looking at the damn car, then of course you wouldnt notice this) My local dealer said (and showed me) that there are markings on the parts indicative of being salvaged parts (in the sense that it was taken off of another car from a yard). I probably would have liked to know that before I bought the car, Olsen... I dont normally write reviews, but you can clearly see Im unimpressed, if not ANGRY for your lack of work. Im not local, but if I was you would be damn sure I would be demanding my money back and I would NEVER, EVER, take my business to you again. And I would recommend the same to others. Clarify - Work was under Casey L. Not Jennifer - Im assuming youd want to look into this and reply - I sure would if it was my business.

Tim is awesome! Our car lost power on the interstate coming from Lincoln. We found our way to Tims shop and he not only fixed our car at no charge, but fed us pizza! Thank you, Tim!
