Painfully poor customer service. Poor quality. No calls when cabinet arrived. Contract stated delivery & installation included however had to negotiate to get 1 of 2 items delivered. Larger item delivered damaged with door missing. Wrong door reordered. When correct door ordered, no customer notification. Manager could care less. Will never use again.

Poor customer service and really rude. Told me they didnt have the doors I wanted and I should replace my whole kitchen when I clearly said I wasnt interested in doing that.

West Coast cabinets are nice. However, they tore up my flooring and have yet to repair it. Beware!
