Absolutely the Finest in Craftsmanship and Design! Before hiring these guys, I spent a good 60 days researching and working with other designers and cabinet makers. Without doubt, Custom Cabinets of New York offered the finest design ideas, the best pricing for the level of work and custom skill required. I was escorted through the workshop, met employees (carvers, assemblers and designers) and had the privilege of being walked through the entire process by the owner and President of the company. He is a true artisan, and cabinet making is not just a sideline for him--it is his lifes work, and it shows. Everyone in the company is a consummate professional possessing knowledge experience and a complete understanding that you are making an investment in your home. The foreman visited the job site every day to check progress and deconflict if needed. His installers were quiet, highly skilled craftsmen whom my wife and I trusted with our home--and they did not let us down. The wall unit we had them build is a work of art. Hand carved ornate capitals sitting atop beautifully crafted pillars, held together by amazing doors, beveled glass and deep shelving. Topped off by recessed ornate light fixtures and hand carved cabin handles--it is nothing short of stuning. I want to be clear on this--he did not take my ideas and then select from a catalogue to meet my needs. He designed it, and then built it, every inch of it in his workshop. I watched the craftsmen hand carving the capitals, and the bevels and flutes being placed on the hand picked beautiful wood. Even the stain and finish was hand mixed to my preferences. Exquisite in every detail, and addictive. It is so beautiful and so wonderfully done that your biggest challenge will be to stop asking him to come back and find something else to build. I cannot say enough about this man, his legacy in Las Vegas and how happy and proud my wife and I are our wall unit. I walked in and was greeted with a garbage attitude. The grey-haired woman with whom I spoke implied I couldnt afford the work, which is a poor assumption to make. She didnt have any patience, didnt bother to try to follow up, and didnt provide any information other than that the cabinets were custom made. I wanted to come up with a design and had the measurements of my kitchen, but not anymore. A customer should be made to feel welcome, not like a hassle.

Old world craftsmanship at real world competitive prices! I have them completely remake my kitchen going down to stud walls, the construction time was only 30 days, but most importantly it was a beautiful job, my wife and I are thrilled.
