We chose Majestic Cabinets to re-stain and add striping to our kitchen and bathroom cabinets of the home we just purchased. While the customer service is great the quality of work needs improvement. I would have given them a poor-fair rating if it had not been for Angel’s professionalism. He promised us the job would take two weeks however it ended up taking almost a month. We couldn’t delay our move and were moving in while they were still working. We wouldn’t let our infant daughter in the house because they were spraying lacquer while we were moving. We got complaints from the neighbors because they were spraying in our backyard. I finally had to tell Angel they could no longer spray at the house but had to do all of that work at their shop. We were told the odor would dissipate in a few hours but it didn’t even after we aired the house out all night. We had to delay living in our home because the smell was so bad. The kitchen cabinet doors did not have an even stain. Alfredo tried telling me that it was the wood grain that was causing patchiness but you could visibly see how thin the new lacquer was in certain areas. They ended up taking the doors back to their shop to re-stain. The bathroom vanities had several chips which had to be touched-up multiple times. We also wanted them to fill in knob holes that were on the faux drawers just underneath the sinks. The fill in was so bad and obvious. We bought handles to cover up their work. They also installed knobs on the cabinet doors but many of them are uneven. About a month after the job was finished I noticed a chip in one of the kitchen cabinets. Although Angel said it was not related to his work, he did fix it free of charge. On a positive note, Angel is very professional. He acknowledged the subpar work and was quick to provide solutions. When you hire Majestic Cabinets you will get treated with respect and in a professional manner but questionable quality work. I don’t believe they provide the quality for the prices they charge but I guess we paid a premium for excellent customer service.

I am extremely unhappy with Majestic Cabinets. My fiance and i entered into negotiations with them to provide cabinets for our new bought home. We are renovating this home as well to add to the stress of a new home purchase. Majestic cabinets came out and took measurements and quoted us a price for $6300 for the entire home. We thought that was a competitive price and were happy to proceed forward with Majestic. After about a week of communicating with them, the day we were actually putting down the deposit they sent us an email with a revised proposal. Keep in mind we have spoke to them about the price and have agreed upon $6300 multiple times. The new proposal stated that they made a mistake and that the original proposal was way to cheap and the had to raise the price an additional $1400. Even if they honestly made a mistake i do not want to use a cabinet company that is so inexperienced that they could make that big of a mistake and not catch it for an entire week. But i think they throw out a low ball number to try and bring customers in and at last minute claim they made a mistake. I would never use this company and would never recommend it to anyone. They ALSO WANTED US TO PUT DOWN 100% DEPOSIT when we ordered!!!!!

I was in need of an upgrade to my kitchen cabinets. I was looking for ideas, so I had several vendors come out and give me a quote. Out of all of the vendors that I had in my house, I decided to contract with Majestic cabinets, which their price was reasonable. They offered me options; to refinish, to reface or to get the RTA cabinets I decided to get the RTA Cabinets because they offered a good deal plus my cabinets were old. I got the espresso shaker style and I love them. I love the new look in my kitchen and their service was great. I do recommend Majestic Cabinets dba loving my cabinets. I am loving my cabinets. These guys do excellent work, and they have any part you need. They were also able to match an acrylic cabinet door of mine that was cracked and needed to be refinished. No one else in town said they could do it.
