When I went to pick up my car after having some work done, they had left my car in the parking lot with the windows down and the keys in the cup holder. Considering how prevalent auto theft is in Las Vegas, I really dont think thats appropriate. After picking up my car and paying around lunchtime on a Saturday, the shop called me at 5:45 PM that evening stating that they had accidentally switched two numbers in my payment, so I still owed them $27 (on an almost $400 bill). They asked for my credit card info over the phone, and I told them I wasnt comfortable with that. So he asked me to come down to the office to make the payment so he "could finish up the paperwork and go home for the weekend". I told them that I wasnt about to drop what I was doing on a Saturday evening to rush down there before they closed to fix their mistake, but that I would come by one day the coming week after work to pay. Theyre closed on Sunday, and didnt open until after I was at work Monday, so I had plans to go by Monday evening on my way home to pay. During the day, they called me eight times, without ever leaving a voicemail. When I finally went by to pay, there was no acknowledgement or apology that I had to go out of my way to correct their error. I know people probably skip out on paying, but they didnt even give me a whole business day to come pay before they assumed I was never going to come. Based solely only the lack of customer service of the office staff, this place will never again get my business.

UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just found out that Ive been driving around for 3 days without an oil cap. These negligent asses didnt even put it back on. I was driving around wondering why there were fumes so strong. I had to clean oil up all over the inside of my car AND get a new cap because they were closed BEFORE their hours posted on Saturday and closed on Sunday. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CAR! Even though the Oil change with a coupon was cheap $9.99 (with extra hidden fees of course), these guys tried to tell me I needed a bunch of things that I didnt. They funniest thing was that he said I needed to change my power steering fluid. I asked how it looked and he said it was ok but I needed to change it really soon. This is hilarious because I have EPS (electronic power steering), no fluid needed. Stay away from these crooks but maybe get the cheap oil change if you can. UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE!!! AA Auto helped me out greatly today! My car has been acting up for a couple of weeks so I brought my car in today. Turns out I needed my brakes to be fixed, Ive had a couple experiences with mechanics before but never this delightful. The mechanics explained the issue thoroughly since I have no idea what it takes for a car to function, and they explained it very well! After they explained the issue and gave me the price (which was a lot cheaper than the other mechanic I went to here in the valley) I agreed and they got right to work. It took and hour maybe an hour and a half and my car was ready to go and felt just like it did when I bought it! It was a wonderful experience and Im glad to have gone.

I arrived at this location at about 3:50PM this past Saturday for an oil change. Their website clearly states that they close at 5:00PM on Saturdays, as does the business hours sign physically on their door. However, when I ask the man behind the counter for an oil change, he tells me that they close at 4. I informed him the website and door sign say 5. He replies that they always close at 4 on Saturdays. No problem, Ill take my business elsewhere, then. Dont even bother with this place. The reviews on Yelp are horrible as well. They obviously dont care about customer service or gaining customer loyalty... just cutting out early on a Saturday afternoon.

Had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation, top off fluids etc. Asked how long an oil change would take and was quoted 30 min. They didnt put my car up till over 15 min into waiting then they did a quick oil change. Figured with the quickness of the oil change, nothing else had been done. Sure enough, got home to notice none of my fluids had been topped and that the free tire rotation that was even itemized on the recipe, was not done. New to the area, will go to a real mechanic place next time for oil and further services.

You show up for the advertised low price oil change and you get high pressure sales tactics to up sale you for stuff you do not want or need. I got out of there without spending a penny more than expected but I had to say no repeativly. They even have posters in the walls with false information backing the lies they are selling! Never going back. Bad business strategy. It appears they they expect to prey on people that just pay whatever and know nothing about cars.

Im a fan of their work. They have multiple locations in Las Vegas, and Ive been to this one and another. This one, in my opinion, is a bit better than I expected specially with some sweet everyone is! They answered all my questions and they were fast at work.

Friendly and helpful staff. They give you a very informative review of trouble spots during car inspection and are reasonable priced, didnt charge me at all to replace a burnt out taillight!
