Nightmare on oil change avenue ! Dont be fooled by nice customer service! I brought my Audi here for a simple oil change just because I was on this side of town for a party and had time to waste and was a little over due for it . It has been a months worth of problems and 3 oil changes later ! Took my car in a total of 4 times for this issue ! It began at this shop when almost half my oil was on my garage floor the next day. I called this shop to advise of the problem and ask if i could take my car to another Meineke closer to my house in north Las Vegas . I was told yes they were owned by the same people. Not true!! However the shop on Craig agreed to help me anyway. Come to find out the serene shop did not put the washers and gasket back on so I was told . I was assured the problem was fixed only to have half my oil missing this time 2 days later. I took my car in a 3rd time to be told my oil pan gasket was broke and that they refused to fix it free even though I had no leaks what so ever until they touched my car . They quoted me over $600! Im now at a completely different shop and am told Meineke just placed 3 washers on top of each other to stop the problem instead of installing the proper Audi part!!!! I called their corporate office and was spoken to very rudely and asked if I could give the name of the person who told me I could take my car to the second shop as if I was supposed to write that down having no clue he gave wrong info !!! I was also told they cant help me Id have to go to the shop and complain because they are all separately owned after I already told them thats why I contacted corporate because they refused to fix their mistake !! Horrible mechanics that dont know how to work on high end vehicles even a simple oil change, but have no problem charging a high price for it !

Do not let these people anywhere near your car. I left my car with these people re. an oil leak and vibration (occurring only when the A/C was on). Two days later they called and told me the problems had been corrected. I arrived, paid (over $1,000), and got into my car. The vibration was as loud & pronounced as when I brought it in (did they think I wouldnt notice, were they even looking at the work they were turning over?? A lot of gall there! ). I walked right back into their office and told them the vibration was as loud as ever, they told me their "master mechanic" had gone home and I should call in the morning - it just got worse after that. They told me I had an "intermittent" problem i.e. the vibration was the result of two or more separate causes. Sooo, they keep the vibration money and told me Id have to pay again when they find the next problem. At this point I wanted nothing to do with these people, I was out of discretionary funds, and resigned myself, for the time being, with living with the vibration. This experience should have put me on notice for the other job Id paid for (oil leak). THE OIL - I took my car in (some three months later) for an oil change at a Jiffy Lube and they told me I was almost two quarts low. I called the Meineke Shop immediately and they told me itd been one hundred one days (shame on me), and their work was warranted for 90 days but theyd "give me a discount on the second job" - DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!! P.S. I originally wrote a criticism of the shop on Blue Diamond Road thinking labor and management had moved there from Serene but I was mistaken and have since retracted that statement.

Brought our car in 4 times. They told us they fixed it the 1st time and charged us over $300. The next day had the same issue. Brought it back (#2) , worked on it again (no charge). Next day, same issue. Brought it back AGAIN (#3) told it needed $400+ of work to fix the problem. Had them work on it and paid them. The VERY NEXT DAY had the same problem. Brought the car back (#4) and they told us we need more work to fix it for more money. What they said needed fixing was what they said the first visit was ok. We told them we wanted a refund and didnt want them to work on the car any longer. They spoke with their supervisor and he said he would apply the $400+ towards the head gasket work that they now say we needed (that work wouldnt be cheap!) Why on earth would I want to spend any more money with them after spending close to $800 and they couldnt fix it the first 3 times! We called at least 1/2 dozen times and was told the supervisor just left or was in a meeting and would call us back. Went in to talk to him and was told he just left but would put our info on his desk (no call back). Last time I called they asked for my name and when I told them my name they told me he just left. LOL Obviously the supervisor doesnt want to talk to us and doesnt care to resolve this problem. I would NEVER bring my car back to them. They just want more and more money and the problem still wasnt fixed. Totally ignored by the supervisor. He couldnt care less that our car wasnt fixed after 4 visits and almost $800. I dont trust this place!!!!

Loyal customer of 5 years with many referrals will sadly will not be coming back. I brought my car in yesterday to diagnose a rumbling/knocking noise that was coming from under the hood on cold startups. I also suggested a possible cause that I read in multiple online car repair forums. The staff was polite but the cause that I suggested was quickly dismissed and I was told they would take a look and diagnose the issue for me. After their diagnosis of the knocking sound and and list of $1000 in repairs, I reluctantly agreed as I trusted them to fix the issue. Upon pick up, the associate told me in addition to my repairs, he included a quote for the exact same fix that I mentioned from the online forums but told me that the fix wouldnt be needed until "much further down the road". I was baffled because this was not mentioned to me in the initial $1000 fix but I trusted their decision... I wake up this morning only to find the exact same knocking/rumbling sound and Im not too happy but I understand people can make mistakes. After dropping off my car a second time I was told that I now need to pay $500+ for the fix that I mentioned in the beginning of this ordeal. This Meineke location refused to admit their mistake or make the situation right, and for that I can no longer bring my car here or refer business.
