I have NEVER experienced the care, professionalism, attention to detail and value I received from the Clegg Auto Repair team. We all want and need a trusted mechanic to keep our cars running and to help us deal with those "pit in our stomachs" moments when something goes terrible wrong with them. In those moments, we find ourselves at the mercy of someone that knows WAY more than we do about what is needed and what it should cost. I found myself in just that situation recently and was towed to Clegg. I had never dealt with them as a customer and was concerned about how I would be treated... expecting the worst. Not only did Clegg properly diagnose the problems, they walked me through the list of options I had to remedy them. After I had approved their estimate, had them repair my car I was introduced to two shocks. First, the repair came in under the estimate. Second, I learned that my repair was backed by a two year, 20K mile Clegg warranty. WHAT? I have never had this experience with a garage. Kevin and his brother Steve, supported by their more than capable team (I personally worked with Curtis, Adam and Chris who each exemplify the Clegg commitment to true professionalism) have created something rare in their industry. If you are hunting for your own personal mechanic, look no further than Clegg Auto. You simply wont find ANYTHING like them. We recently took our truck into Cleggs for some engine work, we believed it had a blown head gasket as it was over heating some and going through antifreeze like crazy. After running some diagnostic tests the mechanics at cleggs claimed that the engine was bad and that it would cost us $17,000 and some change change to fix our truck. We of course vetoed their repairs brought our truck home and sought a second opinion, after taking it to a mechanic that didnt just see dollar signs, but was determined to help us solve our mechanical issues, we found that the truck had a cup lifted on one injector and total repairs were only 800 dollars, not including the unfortunate waste of money that Cleggs charged us to lie to us about what was wrong with our truck. Its beyond disappointing to know we cant trust a local shop and have to seek mechanical elsewhere to not get ripped off.

I enjoy working on cars, and I try to do any mechanic work to save money. However, my latest project was way over my pay grade. I wanted to install a true dual exhaust system. I spent 10 minutes looking at the underside of my vehicle, wondering how on earth I was going to do the job right. After being persuaded to seek for a professional to do the job, I happened upon Clegg Auto and read their great reviews. The reviews couldnt have been any more correct. I brought my car in the next morning and it was done that afternoon. The mechanics did an awesome job, especially since it ended up being a way more custom job than I had intended. The price was more than fair and my car looks and sounds fantastic! The owner is friendly, considerate, and will answer any questions or concerns you have. I definitely recommend Clegg Auto for any mechanic work.

I would highly recommend Clegg Auto. Brady and Curtis, the service advisors were so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was moving from Washington to Arizona when my truck started overheating as we were passing through. They quickly diagnosed the one issue and worked us in so we could continue on our way. The mechanic who worked on my truck did a great job and kept my truck clean. Despite the unfortunate news of a blown head gasket, Brady and Curtis took excellent care of us. They even provided us with extra coolant in case we needed it to ensure we could continue our trek to Arizona. If I had the financial means, I would have left my truck with them to do the big repair and flown back up to receive it when completed. We made it successfully to Arizona thanks to Clegg and their great staff.

Great People, Great Service, Great Business! I have been burned before by other automotive repair guys so I am always gun shy about getting my car fixed. I am so glad I took a chance on Cleggs. They are the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever worked with. Our first experience was when we wanted to get our car checked before a long road trip. We got there and they said that our water pump needed to be replaced. My first thought was, "Oh great; another mechanic trying to take advantage of me". I was at work so my wife had to go in. They put all their other work on hold so they could talk to my wife and show her where there was a leak in the pump and that the last people who worked on it put the wrong fluid in the system. No one has ever done that with us.

Clegg Auto has been caring for our vehicles for many years. They are honest and respectful. They are committed to doing a great job, keeping a timely schedule and being super convenient. The folks upfront are always helpful and informative. Billing is clear and fair. Specifically, Chris Henderson is a superb mechanic who has serviced many of my vehicles. He cares, is focused and helpful and will continue to be my mechanic of choice as needs come up over the years. My kids and wife can stop in for repairs without me and I have the confidence in Chris to treat them well. The owner, Steve is a kind man who knows the difference between just running a business and actually caring for customers. I never feel like a number, but like a friend. Thanks Clegg auto!!

Friends and i were stranded in highway 6 35 miles from this shop, the nearest reputable shop. They took care of us first thing in the morning so wet could be on our way. It ended up being just a snapped u joint on my driveline. They had us back on the road to mountain biking in 2 hours. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is because it was pretty expensive for the mark up they did on the part and labor and i know elsewhere it would have cost less... but you pay for great service and how they took care of us in a semi -emergency. Overall, awesome experience and the people are great. They even did a go through of the vehicle for free.

Trustworthy is the best compliment I have for Cleggs. I want to be able to trust a professional when I need help in the automotive field. I dont know a fan belt from a vacuum belt, so to feel confident that I am not going to be taken is so important. The bonus was they went beyond the call of duty in repairing my car, making sure there were no other major problems and to top it off, they did even extra customer service. I know if I would walk in there today, they would know me because of the time they spent talking to me. I wasnt just another customer!! Thank you Curtis and Glen, it feels good to know you care!!❤️
