Stay far away. If i could give it 0 stars i would. I was referred to this shop for an alignment. I went there on a Friday to inquire about cost and labor. The service rep at the front counter assisted me. Gave me a price quote for $60 to get an alignment, labor included. I made my appointment for the following day. Wrote my info down for them and left. When i returned the following day they didnt know why i was there. I had to remind them. They started working on my car. I found it weird when i seen my car drive out of the parking lot 10 min later but didnt think much of it. The service rep comes in after talking to the mechanic and tells me "Your car is bad, not drivable". He said i needed 2 inner tire rods and an alignment plus labor $366. Also i needed 2 new tires $180 a piece. He told me that the alignment was done wrote my receipt for $60 Alignment and we discussed a date for me to bring my car back to repair the tire rods. I called my mechanic before leaving to explain the work needed and he told me that there was no way the shop could have done an alignment without repairing the rods. So basically they took my money for services not rendered. When i asked the service rep at the shop why he took my money but didnt do the work he started yelling at me. When i asked him for my money back he got in my face yelling like he wanted to hit me. I only got my money back after waiting 30 minutes and calling the law. I went to another shop. Come to find out i only needed 1 outer tire rod and my tires were fine. What a horrible experience!

DONT GO THERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. We bought 2 "new" tires around 2 months ago and just a week on our way to CA one of those tires popped, turns out it was put on BACKWARDS!!!!???!!??!!?? Im not a tire expert so at first glance it looked normal but at the tire shop in CA they told me that was the reason it popped. Luckily it popped entering the city but if it had popped on the FWY i cant even imagine what couldve happened. They obviously have non professional + irresponsible workers there. For your lifes sake: STAY AWAY!!! AND just in case you are wondering, we did go back to get it replaced but like id expect they said no and insisted we buy a new tire!!! Very disappointed.

I came here yesterday to get a tire, i asked the guy how much before i pulled my car in and he wouldnt tell me but said a good deal. I pulled my car inside and had my car lifted and the guy tells me $40. If the car wasnt already up in the air i would have drove off but it seems like they do that on purpose to get you from leaving. After i said yes the guy then took my wheel cover off my car and broke it and had the nerve to tell me it was already broken. I will never come back here for a temporary solution again, this place is a rip off!

Great service. I took my car in to get a couple things looked at and the mechanic ended up fixing my a/c . Good, honest, fair. Thats all Im looking for. I was in the car biz for years and I know what its like. I also bought 2 tires here for less than I paid for 1 of my other 2 at a big chain place. I highly recommend this place. I have already been a return customer. My daughter had a flat and they fixed it asap. On a Sunday no less.

I came here to get my car fixed for overheating problems spent a good amount of money but my car never got fixed. And they refused to give me a refund the same day. Do not come here they are hustlers its a big scam

Its like a mexican tire shop gone retail, The employee was nice/friendly. They didnt have what we needed, so cant speak on the service. Not sure if the mechanics are good. Looks dirty
