I havent got my car worked on yet but Steve likes my dog (thats a good sign) Very nice people. ^^^^^^^^^^^^ After dealing with Sun Auto Service I had to write this review. I thought they were (Nice people) but they tried to rip me off. They wanted to charge me $735.99 for labor (including diagnostics) for installing a ABS pump Assembly in my 2006 Toyota Hybrid Hylander. (That price did NOT include part) I found the part on Ebay for $880 dollars and asked the guy that i purchased the part from how much he thought it should cost to install it. He said average cost is about $250, so I decided to call another shop and get a second opinion. I called Hybrid Auto Center and asked him how much he would charge me to install the part, he said $250 and he did it the next day for me...VERY HONEST PLACE. ($250 was Hybrid Autos price I never mentioned to him the guy on Ebay said it should cost about $250) I called back Sun City Auto and told them, then asked them why they were so much higher. He said "how does $280 sound?" I said a lot better, but i dont trust you now. When i went back to Sun Auto to get some of my deposit back (I still had to pay for diagnostic $115) they told me the original price was so high because they had to out source the work? When I 1st went there I asked if they worked on Hybrids and they told me they had everything there to do it and it was NO PROBLEM. (Now they need to Out Source?) Why would I pay them to send my car somewhere else? Why didnt they tell me at the start they had to out source some of the labor? The guy at Hybrid Auto Center said to me, "I wish you would have come to me 1st I could have saved you some money on the part and I would NOT have charged you for diagnosing the problem (Sun Auto Service charged me $115) So not only did they try to over charge me for labor they still got to keep $115 dollars of my money.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! I took my daughters car to another establishment for an oil change and left with a laundry list of items that needed to be repaired. Of course I was skeptical and took it to Sun Auto Service on Stephanie, in Henderson (been there before & they were amazing), for a second opinion. THANK GOD! The laundry list was pretty close to accurate in the repairs that were needed BUT the difference is, JESSE explained everything to me and then prioritized them in order of importance of what "needed to be fixed now." Then JESSE took the time to contact the warranty company, come to find out, EVERYTHING on the list was covered by the warranty saving me $1,300! Needless to say, Im EXTREMELY GRATEFUL & EXCITED!!! THANK YOU JESSE & SUN AUTO SERVICE....YOU ROCK!!!!

In a world where so many try to wring every last dollar out of you, the crew (yes including Alex lol) are amazing at Sun Auto! Took my car in and actually had everyone gathered around it - no one had ever heard THAT noise before. Well just one pulley later (and the wait wasnt that long, they have NetFlix to watch while youre waiting and coffee), with a bill around $200 (I threw in a steering wheel fluid change while I was there) and voila! off on the road again. Today the car is back. Its a 96 Ford Windstar and its stopped shooting air out the a/c front. Most likely a hose. Just get yourself to Mars (or in this case Sun Auto) if you want genuine mechanics who hold fixing your car for as little as possible above the almighty dollar! Amazing place!

Brought my vehicle in for AC service (leak) in March. I was told the Schrader valves, both high and low were leaking. I was told the "O" rings had to be replaced. Service included flush and recharge as well as red dye added to Freon. By June the system was again not properly cooling. Brought the car to another well known shop in Henderson. What they found. Incorrect "O" rings were installed and the high side Schrader valve was damaged. The technician used the UV light to show me where the Freon was actually bubbling out. I do not recommend this shop for AC repairs and analysis.

Sun Auto saved me $4,400! I had my X5 Inspected in January when we bought it. There were no problems found. In April I took it to Firestone for a safety check. They wanted $4,400 for Front End Parts and Labor. They said it was not safe to drive and wanted to do the repairs right away (before I could get a second opinion). So, I took it to Byron at Sun Auto (who has done repairs for us in the past). He told us that the parts were slightly worn but did not need replacement. He said that Firestone pays their mechanics commission. But his mechanics are paid by the hour.

I went in to them to get a check on my car brakes front and back. They totally hook me up with the help and what I need, gave me a free oil change for next time. They were great. If anyone needs something done on there car, this is the place to go, even if its a drive for you. I went to a different place and they looked at my battery and said I need a whole new one but this place looked at them and said no I dont. So thats exciting!

Sun Auto Service has done several repair jobs on my vehicles. They always do a diagnostic and then call me to discuss how I want proceed. They install genuine parts with warrantys and guarantee their work. They dont Jerry-Rig your vehicle, they fix problems by replacing worn out or broken parts. They have always treated me with courtesy and respect and even complemented me on the care I take in maintaining my vehicles.

Alex and the other staff at this location of Sun Auto will take good care of you. Their service keeps getting better, and Ive taken my car here for a few years now. They are respectful, their prices are very competitive, and I have never felt like they were taking advantage of me. I will keep doing business here, as will my entire family. Just make sure you go to the store on Stephanie, right off the 215.

Car failed to start so I had them test it out. I was told it needed a new alternator and the only part available was the most expensive OEM part. So I towed the car to the dealer and even though I have to pay an evaluation fee they were honest with me and found a bad fuse. A $3 repair that Sun Auto wanted to charge for a $500 repair. Will never go back. They are obviously taking advantage of people.

These folks are GREAT! I had a check engine light on and a leaky transmission in a old car. They fixed both items within a day of dropping the car off. No trying to sell extra stuff no baloney. And the price to fix was about 1/3 of what I was expecting. You have 2 customers for life. It is refreshing to at last find a good honest repair shop! THANK YOU!

I called and they advised me to come right on in. After looking at my car they told me exactly what was wrong which I knew already because I broke my own car. I was impressed because they didnt add any work that I needed every thing was right on point which lets me know that there are some honest workers!!! ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT.
