Well id like to start off by saying they have by far the best customer service in town. So we had a flat and tried so many different places either they didnt have the tire or it was way to pricey, we finally decided to call busy buggy and well they didnt have the tire but could get it the next day early which was awesome bc nobody else could do it next day also gave me a tow for cheap when my tow truck driver wouldnt. Take me to their shop, which i thought was ridiculous then he said he could take me but he would have to charge me 60$ plus 7$ every mile crazy right well they got me a tow truck for 55$ great deal. The tow truck driver was kind he even gave me a soda and offered me food,really great sevice, after i got there and dropped the car off i was gonna skate from their shop all the way back to summerlin, but marco noticed and offerd to give me a ride back home. These guys deserve everyones buisness. I hope you guys continue to excell in customer service and satisfaction. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!! Thanks for everything. You guys do. I will never go to another shop out here in vegas besides busy buggy plus you cant beat. Complimentary dinks and icecream!! Again you guys are amazing thanks again... Sincerely, Brice Long

From San Diego, and was visiting Las Vegas during the monsoon and heavy rain the week of July 13th. It was HOT and humid. Our AC wasnt doing a very good job and I thought it might have sprung a leak. Looked for someone local with good reviews -- Busy Buggy had the best reviews near the stip. . .and. . .they were also the most reasonably priced too. Had a dinner engagement, and not much time to have the AC system serviced. They were very fast and did a great job. Additionally, they alerted me to a couple of things I wanted to take care of before driving back to San Diego through the desert. Dropped in as we were leaving town for home, and they had us out in less than an hour. Plus they treated me and my family to lots of goodies while we waited -- FREE soft drinks, flavored coffee drinks, teas, hot chocolate, cookies and ice cream! Hamid is a pleasure to deal with -- seemed very knowledgeable and so was his staff. If Im ever in Vegas again, and in need of a repair, I know where Im going to go! Thanks Hamid and Victor. Last weekend, my wife and my daughters family drove from LA to Las Vegas in our 2009 Sienna. When they were close to Las Vegas, two warning lights came on and the car began to lose power (pressing on the gas did not help much). They hobbled along and looked up online for a auto shop with good reviews. They found and went to Busy Buggy Car Care for a diagnosis. My wife told me that the mechanics all seemed very seasoned and friendly. After running though the diagnostic tests, they described the test results to my wife and said they had reset the lights and printed out the suggested fixes and cost. They said if the lights dont come on again, she can wait until she gets back home and get it fixed. My wife asked him how much she owes him for doing all this, she was surprised to hear him say "No charge". How refreshing it is to hear about great auto repairs services that doesnt scalp out of town, clueless (auto-wise) and helpless travelers! Ive already recommended this repair shop to our friends living in Las Vegas.

I have great news for anyone in Vegas looking for an absolutely terrific place to service their vehicles… Busy Buggy in Chinatown! I was very disappointed to find out that Samir, the owner of Zip Zap Auto in the Northwest part of town where I used to get my vehicles serviced, sold his business. The new people there have turned the place inside out and ruined a great family run operation. However, a search for a new shop to go to, turned up Busy Buggy, and when I went there, lo and behold, the place is run by Samir! This is his new, bigger and better shop he took over after selling Zip Zap. I’m not exaggerating when I say once you’ve experienced the hospitality and efficiency of Samir’s business, you will be spoiled for good, like I have. No other shop seems to care about its clients the way Samir’s family business does. The place is a little hard to find being in the heart of Chinatown, but if you know the Korean Restaurant, Tofu Hut, you will find it right behind that.

Outstanding service! Very helpful and extremely nice. My vehicle had a service engine soon light on and my regular mechanic tried to charge me over 400 dollars telling me it was a sensor that needed to be replaced. I decided to wait since I didn’t have the money to fix it. A few weeks later I stopped in Busy Buggy to have a brake job done after a friend told me about this place. The guys fixed my brakes and charged me less than my regular mechanic would have charged and when I picked up my car they told me they also ran a diagnostic on the car due to the service engine soon light being on to find the problem (free of charge). They said my gas cap wasn’t on all the way and that is what caused the light to come on. So now my service engine light is off, problem fixed and they didn’t try to swindle me…..needless to say, Busy Buggy and the staff are my NEW mechanics!

I Have a 1992 Ford Pickup. Needed brakes, new belt, Master Cylinder, radiator Hose. Shopped around until I found Busy Buggy. From the 1st phone call I spoke to Hamid, Very, Very Experienced. He DID NOT try to to up sell me which is what sold me. I received an estimate, went home got online to check prices for parts and how much other mechanics in the area charge. He was the BEST PRICED ! Needless to say I took his advise and did all the work on my truck. He promised it would be done by 6:00 pm and sure enough 5:40 It was done. OH !! also they drove me home & picked me up. ALL THE GUYS THERE Victor, Mike ARE GREAT !. I can honestly refer them to anyone who is looking for a Honest Mechanic in Las Vegas. P.S. They also have a very, very nice waiting area, TV, cookies, coffee, water, soda. I was very impresses ! Thank You !

Samir and his crew are fantastic! I brought my car into Busy Buggy for an oil change and brake job, and was in and out in no time. The shop is clean and waiting area was very charming; there was free coffee, cookies, snacks, television and magazines. A month later I had a problem with a motor mount, so I returned. They are HONEST and actually care about the work they do. They recommended that my vehicle should have some preventive maintenance done and explained everything very thoroughly to me. I highly recommend Busy Buggy to my friends all the time and everyone I know who has taken their vehicles to them has nothing but great things to report. If your tired of hack mechanics and shops in Vegas, try this place, you wont be disappointed!
