4-star rating because I only had a diagnostic done, with no actual work completed. That being said, Im rating the place based on exceptional honesty and customer service. I came in to check on my AC, which was non-functional when I bought the car. The mechanic I spoke to was courteous, kind, and obviously well-versed in what was wrong. Im 50, 100lbs, female. The way I look suggests that Im more inclined to spout off fashion designer labels than car parts related to AC systems. Ive gotten a lot of condescension and smirks from auto shops when I bring my car in, so Im used to it. I was pleasantly surprised to find none of that whatsoever here. Instead of patronizing me the mechanic asked intelligent questions to gauge what i knew about the AC system (which admittedly was little more than a cursory understanding based on online enthusiast message boards) and he then quickly outlined what was wrong, how it needed to be fixed, and what it would cost. I had no work done because the cost is outside my budget for now. I was so floored at the way I was treated-- he took the time to educate me on the system and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what he was telling me. He took the time to teach me about my car even though the diagnostic was free. The information he gave me matched exactly with everything I had read online from knowledgeable owners of my make and model -- and my car model has a large enthusiast/salvage/rebuilder/racing following.

BEWARE!!!! Will steal parts from your engine! These people are thieves and liars!! After a 50.00 ""No Start Diagnosis" I was told that my timing chain was broken. I opted not to have it fixed and made the mistake of telling them that I will have it towed back to my house and will probably just "junk it.". After I towed back to my house, a buddy of mine offered to fix. We opened the hood to find a quarter of the engine missing! The valve cover, air filtration, spark plugs and wires, and more were missing! The car was completely locked up and sealed at my home in a gated community and was not tampered with. They had not put anything back after looking at the vehicle. When I called the manager he started by Telling me that he would have not said the timing chain was broken --hes the one who had told me that this was the issue. He had no idea what I was talking about and acted as if I had never been there. He denied the possibility that the shop would have forgotten to put my car back together. I pleaded with him to look around the shop for my parts and he promised to call me back. After two days of calling with no follow up, I caught him on the phone. He treated me like I was crazy and denied having anything to do with my missing parts. He said " I think we are done here" and cut me loose. What the F?????? Im left with an incomplete engine and feeling totally helpless!!

This place is horrible and I suggest no one that cares about their vehicle go there. After noticing a problem with my car, I went to professionals and they fixed the problem, which was a very simple fix. Then I went back to MY AUTO SERVICES who caused the problem that could have been avoided in the first place( if they were not being lazy) and they dont take responsibility for it. They walk around like they have free time on their hands. The manager was very unprofessional when I told him and acted like he did not know what I was talking about. After I explained it to him several times. He then had one of the lazy machanics look at it too see what they thought the problem actually was and (them not knowing that I already had their screw up fixed)was going to charge me $300 inorder to fix it. This was such a scam. After hearing that nonsense I took my car to my dealership and another shop that my dealership recommended. NOTHING ELSE WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. My auto service just wanted $300. I went to 4 shops in one day because this place screwd up and lied. This place gets no stars.

I went here for an oil change on a Saturday, seeing it only cost $10 made me feel like I could get a great deal. I got there at 3PM, their website said theyd close at 4PM, but as soon as I got out of my car a guy flags me down and asks how he can help me. I said I wanted an oil change, now he was very busy and by the looks of it he just didnt want to take on another customer but seriously it takes 10mins tops to change oil. So he tells me hes closing, I said your website says youre open for another hour but hes like "yeah but Im sending my mechanics home soon" then he tells me to come back on Mon, obviously I came this day b/c I have to work M-F and dont have time otherwise so I told him that and hes just like "come at 8AM." I just shouted "wow, this is bad service!!!" After seeing all the negative reviews on here Im feel a bit better that he turned me away but I did take my car in here for a smog check 2 years ago....hopefully they didnt steal my cars parts back then. Needless to say, Im never coming back!

As i was getting an expensive oil change, I asked for a break inspection since the place had or still has a sign that says FREE INSPECTION and told me that I needed to change all 4 break pads and both front rotors. They also suggested to get new struts immediately all for the price of (cant remember if it was 500$ or 700$) so I decided to not get anything done. I went to Toyota dealership since I drive a corolla but I do not have the maintenance plan and they ran a whole diagnostic and said the car was OK from everything EVEN the BRAKES and STRUTS The maintenance personnel also told me to be aware of repair shops who lie when getting an oil change. You pay for synthetic oil but they put in the cheapest one. I immediately started thinking the people at MY AUTO do the same since they had already lied

THIS PLACE IS A JOCK I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY OF CAR WORK THE EMPLOYEES THERE TREAT YOU WITH NOT RESPECT AND THE MANAGER JUAN WHO IS SUPPOSE TO GIVE A GOOD EXAMPLE AND AND I GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST ONE THERE, BECAUSE I DID NOT AGREED WITH A SMOG CHECK THAT THEY DID, THEY ALL SURROUND ME AND TREAD ME TO BEAT ME UP IF I DID NOT PAY, AND THEY DID THAT IN FRONT OF MY TWO LITTLE KIDS MY SICK OLD MOM AND ALL THE CUSTOMERS THERE AND I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE OTHER LADY CAME OUT YELLING AN THEM FOR ALMOST THE SAME REASON SO THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING THERE, NOT RESPECT AND THEY LIE ABOUT THE JOBS THEY DO THEY SAY ONE PRICE AND THEY COME UP WITH ANOTHER ONE WAY HIGHER THEN WHAT THEY SAY ON THE SINGS.

ThIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! I GIVE THIS PLACE A ------ negative rating I wouldnt even give this horrible place a star . THEY ARE DISCUSTING AND WOULD NEVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!! THEY MADE MY CAR WORSE THEN IT WAS AND STOLE PARTS FROM MY VEHICLE AND STILL CHARGED ME AFTER GETTING A SMOG. THEN MY FRIEND JUST RECENTLY WENT THERE IN DISPEAR AND THEY STOLE A PART FROM HER ENGINE AFTER FIXING ANOTHER. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE BURNED DOWN AND SHUT DOWN FOREVER THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. IT HAPPENED MORE THEN ONCE SO I KNOW ItS THEM. I WOULD RATHER DUMP MY CAR DOWN LAKE MEADE BEFORE I TAKE IT THERE AGAIN EVEN FOR A SMOG TEST. DONT TRUST !!!
