Bought tires there 2 years ago when it was AAAA. I was on my way to Vegas when my tires went. They sold me 4 tires and a warranty. The tires were stamped 2011 and I purchased for full price in 2014. They provided a hand writin invoice and a warranty card. Now a tire went bad and I found the warranty was not valid. Now I have to pay for new tire. New owners would not honor my warranty. Beware when you travel and are in emergency situation. Some take advantage especially of women. Make sure you check tire date. Im told they deteriorate even when not in use. Also only accept computer generated invoice and make sure each item is itemized, tires, balancing and warranty, not just totaled. I feel new owner should have honored the warranty I received. Now I have to pay out of own pocket at local Tire Pro shop.

Went in to get an AC repair on a long and hot trip cross country, the gentleman Named Kevin first assisted us and gave us the price for a charge and asked if that would be okay. He then sent us to the texaco next door for free drinks. This was all exclusive, any drink you want for FREE, just because we were using the tire shop next door. The men who helped me and my friend were very patient and when the AC was still failing, they explained to us that there would be no charge for their services since they couldnt fix the issue. Wish I had more repair shops like this near where I live. Thanks so much, guys!

Was coming from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon and got a flat. Saw this place and dropped right in to get new tires. Ben was very nice and kind. Acted very friendly but it was just a show. He took advantage of our situation being in the middle of nowhere and charged us 2x the regular price of a tire. Instead of $450 for 4 tires he charged almost $1000. Dont make the same mistake and go elsewhere. Use your spare and go down a few miles.

I had a problem with a renter that trashed the tires on my car, blew the tires while racing around car was stuck in Kingsman AZ and BEN at TIRE PROS treated me with great kindness and was very professional. in a time when people try to take advantage of others hardship BEN showed me there are still kind and honest people out there thanks BEN for you help. Needed 6 new huge tires and they had them. Also, brought over a mechanic who solved a nagging issue with our motorhomes electric systems for our tow dolly. Tires were much cheaper than we thought and we waited inside with our furr babies. Nice guys and super quick - it was a new experience being jacked up every which way but they knew they work and got it done.

Needed 5 new Load G 5th wheel trailer tires and they had them in stock. They were quick to install the tires and even inspected the trailer brakes, suspension, and greased the wheel bearings. During inspection, found out the trailer shocks were worn (after 10 years) and they had those in stock as well. Definitely a "one stop shop" for all your tire needs.

I came in on short notice in a rental car that had a leaking tire. They gave me speedy service and went above and beyond in helping to process the paperwork with the rental car company. I would like to thank Ricky for his excellent customer service and "can do" attitude - what a great place for a tourist to stop in and be able to trust getting help!

I called around and nobody would do service calls. Not only did they do them, but they had the wheel I needed, gave me a ride from the motel back to my car, replaced the broken rim, and sent me on my way for a reasonable amount. Thanks guys.

Pulled into their parking lot with a under body shield hanging down and scraping the ground. They pulled it into their shop and reattached it. We were kinda stuck and they saved us. Great employees and many thanks to them.
