On Tuesday this week I brought my old car here for the first time. I spent a great deal of time trying to find a shop that worked on older cars, 95 Olds., and might seem like they could deal fairly. My car was suddenly not safe to drive and I had one day off to try to fix it. VERY clean and welcoming lounge, and a real "car guy" greeted me to hear my problems. It took about 20 mins, like he told me, to diagnose my car. I was brought back to the car and the mechanic SHOWED me the problem. Everything was so loose in the front Im not sure how I got there alive! Heres the kicker. I received a written estimate that he went over with me. One was to do the front bearings and tighten all the bolts etc. in front that were loose. The 2nd was something they could try in case the first was not affordable. WOW! I was so pleased that they didnt assume I couldnt afford to repair the cheap little car, nor did they only give me the more expensive solution which was the "right way" to fix it. It was something they could try to do to at least to make it a little more safe for me to drive temporarily. I opted to do it right. When he called to tell me it was ready (they gave me a ride home!) I asked if it also solved my turning radius issue. He didnt recall discussing that with me and I thought, oh here we go... When I came to pick up the car, they were about 10 mins late having it ready BECAUSE they did an alignment included in my service. Um, yeah, as a female with knowledge and experience in the car business, there is no chance of me going anywhere else. Shockingly honest and excellent service and repair. I checked the quote they gave against "average cost" for parts and labor in the area. The total bill was lower than the range given even though its not a cheap repair! AMAZING!!!

I am new in town, needed some brake work on one car and a check up on the other and was very leery about finding a reputable repair shop . ZipZap fixed the brakes in no time, at a VERY reasonable price as promised. The check up on the other car revealed some major problems which they quickly diagnosed, gave me a detailed estimate, and provided me with a personal explanation of the problem and what they needed to do. The repairs took 3 days due to the complexity of the task and the scarcity of the parts, but they kept me informed every day and offered me a loaner if necessary. This place is high on integrity and service, and they really know what they are doing. They really know how to treat a customer. Highly recommend them.

It is hard to find an honest mewchanic. Thanks to the reviews I have read about ZIP Zap Auto I had to see for myself. I was greeted by a nice welcoming smile from Jesica and met Samir. Samir is very knowledgeable and very helpful. It was after 4:30 pm and he took the time to exam my car for a oil leak I was having, advise on the best way to fix it and exam codes that the check engine light was sending. He even advised me on a way to fix a problem that my relay switch was haveing where the previous place try to tell me I need a new Fuse Box. Really? The price was extreamly fair and they even offered me a shuttle ride to my home. Thats great service! Thats Zip Zap Auto (Durango and Cheyenne)

I have had electrical issues with my headlight. Most of the time, mechanics just give me the run around saying "I cant really figure it out until I get in there to see... so who knows and blah, blah, blah". I love that they offer a free diagnostic. They went in super quickly, checked it out, then gave me an estimate. It was so much cheaper than I anticipated, I was VERY pleased. I realize that some repairs are more expensive, but the people here were very honest and strait forward. You will not get the run around if you come here. Plus, they offer free ice cream, drinks, and cookies. Overall, its a small shop, but they are quick and efficient. This will be my go-to place to come in Vegas.

The only complaint is that I had received a phone call but did not answer in time. When I called the number back, the person answered the phone "hello" and did not give the business name. I identified myself and asked if someone called me. The person who answered was rude and said that no one was there by that name. It took me a few minutes to explain to the person that I was a client and had my van being worked on and asked if someone called me. When someone answers the phone, have them say the name of the business so people dont think they just got someones home. And try not to be so rude. Otherwise, the work was done quick and great. I will be back!

This is the 2nd trip in with an older car, different from the first one I brought. It is possible to have good timing and have a good experience, but once again, my experience was shockingly great almost a year later. I came in for what I thought was a Heater Core and they also found my rear main seal (?) leaking. They handled everything with the warranty company and still did a few extras even though they knew it wouldnt be covered, as a courtesy to me. WOWOWOWOW! I work at a dealer and still bring my car to these guys. It makes all the difference working with real mechanics. Thank you, Victor and your team for another exceptional visit.

I have used Zip Zap for maintenance, and minor and major repairs, and have always been very happy with them. Their prices were much more competitive than the dealer; however, they never badmouthed the dealer. They did everything that I as a customer needed. The work was done right the first time, Their explanations of the work necessary was clear, and they never recommended work beyond what was needed. They were very good about explaining what was necessary, and why. They were available if I had questions after the work was done. All in all, I would say that they went the extra mile to make sure I became a repeat customer.

Abso-freakin-lutely love this shop! They have worked on multiple cars for me and my family, over the last few years. They are fast, but most importantly HONEST. I went to them to have my brakes done b4 I left out of town and they ACTUALLY told me the job could wait and it didnt need to be done immediately. Not too many places will say things like that. If you are like me and keep your car in excellent condition then, most definitely take your car here.....even if you dont keep up with things and are one of those who wait until the wheels fall off, take your car here anyway. They are worth it!!!!!!!

AC in our minivan was not blowing that cold. They evacuated the system and refilled. Now its cold again! They also notified me of a few issues that will need to be addressed soon. (Brakes, small oil leak, and transmission needing a flush). We dropped off our van and didnt stay, but the waiting room was very clean with a Keurig machine with lots of selection. Very friendly staff with great customer service. They told me it was going to be ready in an hour and thats when we received the call to come pick up. Great confidence in these guys and will be back again! Thanks!
