Horrible in the fact I had my car returned with a burn to my headlight. It might be a jumper cable burn or cigarette or who knows what. Every detail picture was taken before bringing the car in so why would they not tell me about my headlight upon leaving, Is there no exit pictures. I had to find out on my own in my driveway after noticing because they had it front parked at the shop. The owner GEORGE told me that it is my fault for choosing his shop. That they will not pay for a new headlight or even try to fix my headlight. He said that it is not his responsibility. As an owner he had accused me by saying his shop had nothing to do with it because nobody else touched my car. What a coward who wont stand up for his shops mistakes. Other than that they refused to work on any of the other issues on my car unless I bought an ECM from them. The ECM i have was modified but I said even if the error codes were wrong I still wanted a fuel injector fixed and was denied any service to my car and was charged the diagnostic fee of $111.36. I had no problem paying for diagnostic, my problem is how I had just De- Oxidized my headlights so my high beam was brighter before taking my car in and everything was fine but next thing I know $111.36 dollars later now I have to get a new $180.00 headlight plastic. Would never recommend or return unless they pay to fix their mistake to replace my headlight. Worst service ever. I got better service from Volkswagen on Sahara and the guy down the street who fixes cars at his house. $111.36 to plug in a Vag-com andiron my headlight. thanks a lot George gus melissa and the rest of the staff. thanks....

A T T E N T I O N LAND ROVER OWNERS: Found Desert Oasis to have great reviews and claims of being Land Rover specialist, I brought my Range Rover here for misfire issues. After two diagnostic charges and new parts installed, issue of misfire was not resolved. I was told to replace BECM-Engine Computer Module which they said could be installed at their shop and that it would solve the issue. At this point, I was not convinced they were Land Rovers specialist, I conducted my own research pertaining to BECM replacements. A BECM replacements required to be programmed strictly on a comprehensive Land Rover software specific to my Range Rover which this shop was completely unaware. They assumed the BECM is a plug and play, misfire fixed and drive off to the sunset. Desert Oasis had this wrong. Overall findings: Desert Oasis is NOT experienced and ill equipped with T4 software essential to program and repair Land Rovers. Do not even allow them attempt repairs!!! Take your Land Rover to KMS - Kensington Motor Cars on Valley View, a REAL Land Rover specialist, even the mechanics are British. You drive to KMS, all you see is Land Rovers and Mini Coopers and yes, they have the T4 software to fully service Land Rover vehicles.

Engine service light came on 6 months after I purchased used from BMW Las Vegas?! Dealer informed me There is a $125 "diagnostic charge" to check the onboard computer. Did a little research on google and yelp And found Desert Oasis with the highest rating and reviews, so I tried them. They accommodated me on short notice Thursday morning because I was going on a long 5 hr trip. After an hour and a half, I got the Bmer back with a totally completed diagnosis with no issues found. Turns out the light was set just to bring it in for a "check up", probably by the dealership, who knows, but the creme-de-la-creme was the bill I got......$ 0. Just a friendly smile and I was on my way, worry free. VERY honest business and great service.

George and partner Mrs George are completely reliable, honest, and extremely capable euro auto technicians and business people. George had the means and opportunity to "take" me, but instead educated me. Example #1: I was comparing costs for BMW Z undercarriage repair. First non-Desert Oasis price was more than $600; Georges price was $zero. "If you can wait 10 minutes I can fix that now." Sure, George, I can wait. Example #2: George repaired/replaced a component on initiative while making other repairs, and even though he had carte blanche to do what was necessary he did not charge me for the repair because he hadnt contacted me first. I can go on. Now my BMW and Nissan SUV visit only George when the need arises.

Desert Oasis is a great family owned business providing excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, honesty, and pride in their work. I have made multiple appointments here and have been treated well every time. Necessary repairs are explained and estimated before preformed, and work has been completed in the time frame promised. Most recently the dealership recommended having my cv boots and joints replaced. I had Desert Oasis give a prognosis knowing what the dealership stated. They diagnosed that only the boots needed replaced, not the joints, saving me money and earning my trust.

Brought my BMW back after the problem was not completely fixed and the service and care could not have been any better. They finally fixed the problem that was not very obvious. George was very attentive, called me to keep me informed, and was there when I picked the car up to make sure I was happy. He explained the problem and now my BMW is fixed and I am very grateful to the Technicians and George for the way they handled everything. They even gave me a loaner car so that I could continue to go to work. GREAT JOB Desert Oasis.... The only place I will take my BMW.

I found Desert Oasis on Google. Ive been going to the BMW shop for a long time until my service providers kept changing. I am so glad that I did change to Desert Oasis. Its a family business and theyre friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and I know theyll stand behind their work. Ive been going to Desert Oasis for the past 2 years and Im happy with the continued maintenance on my car. I dont normally recommend businesses, and dont like to create public profiles either but I was willing to do this for Desert because I am really glad that they care of my car.

Was in Las Vegas for a Trade Show and needed to have my Air Conditioning serviced for my A8. George and his mechanic did a stand up job diagnosing the problem and didnt charge me, since he wasnt able to fix the problem. Turns out I needed an adapter for the low side service port on my A/C and no one in town had one. I located the adapter, had it overnighted and went back to George. He had it fixed and serviced within an hour! Didnt try to upsell me at all. Very pleased. Couldnt be happier. Very honest and knowledgable.

I recently had an issue with my BMW328i, after a consultation with Desert Oasis. I went home and did research on the net. Their advice was accurate and subsequently the work was done. They took their time, preformed the work and the car is running just fine. All work preformed right at the estimate price. They also fixed a lighting problem that had been bugging me for a couple of months. This is a family run shop that has employees that take pride in what they do. I would recommend them to family and friends.
