Ive move to Las vegas about 6 months Ive had goodyear for a long time I also had lifetime Balance & Rotation with papers to back it up But ,that dont mean anything to them down here !! There is some things that I dont like about the way they do there bussines One time I did an oil change with the $9.50 Inspection They made a paper of the things that needed to be Repair or Change Like airfilter , P/S Pressure hose was leaking under the car,I didnt do that repair I took the car to the dealer they told me that they over fill the P/S Fluid to make the overflow hose drip out . There was nothing wrong with my p/s pressure hose NO LEAKS !! WARNNING watch out ON THE PARTS THEY BUY CHECK YOUR DEALER PRICE FIRST OR OTHER PARTS DEALER Their price can cost more than the dealers markup price On some of my repairs that I did needed some costly parts that was cheaper at the dealer their price was double for the same parts I dont think that is fair then he tell me but im giviing you a better price on some other parts The first time i went to buy my tires there that manager or Asst. Manager was Very Good !! This Repair i did lately I was not Happy for there services,Different Manager now Somehow when i walk into this store there is bad feeling Ive seen people come in talk to the manager about new tires then leave That person inside that place is to make money off the people !!!!!!!!!!

I must say outstanding job! I went to Las Vegas and had a problem with my timing on my vehicle. I had been working on it for sometime. It just keep getting worse. I was ready to just trade it off and take my chances on another vehicle. When I stopped at this Goodyear. Being open on a Sunday was what really made a difference. I would of had to made a 300 mile trip back home with a car that was misfiring losing power and just being a real difficult vehicle to handle or like I said trade it off on another car.(It was not what I wanted to do as you know how high a new car can cost.) Anyways it took john several hours to run it down but he kept with it corrected the problem and before I left it was running like a new car. The manager on duty did explain the problem and the costs involved and KEPT his word on the total bill. Needless to say I was very impressed with every detail. So hats off to you Goodyear I am singing the praises of you and your staff. What a very professional job and staff as well. One you should be very proud of.......

Ive been going to Goodyear for over 10 years now Ive always had a wonderful experience the mechanic its been the same mechanic for over 10 years and I trust him very much but New Management is trying to up-sell things that are not the problem I went in with the sensor problem the mechanic could not detect the problem and was very honest about it management kept trying to tell me that it was a coolant problem and if I replaced the cat and the tank my problem would go away but the mechanic didnt seem to agree with that and I could tell he was being forced into lying to me but the mechanic would not lie I dont think management realized that Ive been following the same mechanic for over 10 years and I trust him tremendously because hes a very honest man but because of management I will no longer be going to be good year until this management

Bait & Switch! I brought my car to the W. Sahara location for new tires. When returning to pick up my vehicle at the agreed upon time, I discovered my car was still up on the rack. They told me that the tires I purchased were actually not available even though their computer system said they were. They offered me different tires at a higher price. Why did they wait until I arrived to pick up the car to tell me this? Clearly they were trying to pressure me into the higher priced tires. I told them I didnt want the higher priced tires, and to put the car back together so I could take it home. The employee had the nerve to get angry with me and tell me I was wasting HIS time. Incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Lived in Las Vegas around 15 years. Its been hard to find a mechanic I could trust. Stopped a year ago for the $20 synthetic blend oil change & havent stopped going since. The floors arent marble, the shop talk is flowing, & the coffee is self serve, but these guys are honest, the techs always work diligently in full safety gear, and there prices are very reasonable. Used to always leave the mechanic wondering if the extra fixes they talked me into were necessary, the money I sacrificed was worth it, and did they even do it correctly? Now I have a shop I can go to that keeps my car on the road, never empties my wallet, & keeps my family safe. Thanks to Tim & the Team at Superior!

Great experience. Purchased 6 new tires for 2001 truck. Wanted to switch wheels out on 1983 and 2001 Chevy Duallys. Tire were same size. We learned the wheels look the same but are not interchangeable. They rub on the brakes. So they had to switch the tires back to other rims and then put it all back together. They charged ne very little for the large amount of extra time and trouble they went through. As I was leaving with my 1083 truck it died. They quickly diagnosed it was an after market fuel pump I had added, switched it out quickly and had me back on the road. Good people. I will be going back there many times.

Ive been going to superior tire for four years. The staff has always been young and moving professionals. Today i entered at 3.30 on a monday. Was not noticed by two grey haired fat guys in manager blue izods until they were finished talking to each other. I stated i was in for an oil change... One of the two stated"do u have a couple hours?" i said no. He then returned talking to the other blue shirt. All 4 front bays were empty.....i will not be returning. Get rid of these lazy boat anchors and maybe youll see me. Other wise im done with u and this type of service. These are your public reps.

Excellent customer service. Had several issues with my car, manager Tim was patient to explain the details and show me the areas I needed fixed. My car now runs better than ever! I highly recommend Goodyear auto to all my family and friends! Especially the one on Rainbow/Sahara location. Need help with your car? Go to Goodyear and ask for Tim for fair and quality service!! :) Shout out to Tim, Joe and Bo for great,friendly service!! Excellent job!! just finished a oil change and it was the best oil change experience I have ever had. they checked all of my fluids and tire pressure and a bunch of other things. this place is so old school as far as the one on one customer service, not many auto repair place are like this anymore all the others seems to make up prices and can careless about keeping you as a customer. I got a call back and everything from this place. upfront is what I like. I paid $21 bucks for a oil change now thats good,
