Dont EVER rent a storage from this place!!!! I rented a storage from this place and fell behind due to the passing of my daughter. I owed $600.00 on it. I spoke with the manager and at first she said that I could pay on it and it would hold off the sale for one month. THen she called me and said "oh, they said I could not take a partial payment and the things would be sold". I asked if there was a way I could get my personal paperwork and she said "the people ho but the unit are good about giving back personal things like paperwork and pictures and such. I will get them and hold them for you so you can come get them after it is sold. I will make sure to do that." Then I speak with her and she says, " the guy who bought it said there was no personal paperwork or anything." (come on!) Now I am being harrassed by a collection person who is threatening to "send the sheriff to my home or work to garnish my wages!" I call and the manager says,"I cant do anything about that you have to take it up with the guy whos calling." THe unit was sold for over $900.00 but I still owe $155.00 for collection agency fees. These people are not truthful. Beware!

Extremely helpful and pleasant people. I had a storage unit for a year and had no issues with billing or anything. Very simple to stop your "lease". I also recently rented a UHaul last minute because all my moving plans fell through. Luckily they had one available with a car tow. Everything went perfectly considering it was all last minute. They saved my nightmare of a trip and deserve good recognition for being good, honest people

Very misleading in price, what you were quoted was not even close to what you paid... when questioned after the rental DeDe blamed U-Haul for the fact that i was over charged after we had talked about the drop off time and price, then she stated there was nothing she could do... would highly recommend you take your business somewhere else because if they are shady in one area i am certain they are shady in all areas

Incredibly helpful and friendly! Over the course of a couple of years, frequent moves and deployments (Army) occasionally put me in a tough spot. The management team consistently went out of their way to help, and I am beyond grateful. Not to mention - the property is perfectly maintained and the price is competitive.
