The entire facility is always clean, well maintained, secure, and easily accessible. A real plus is the drive thru availability for all the indoor air conditioned units. Customer service is always professional and helpful when selecting your storage unit and continues while you are renting your unit. Cold water, coffee, and a bathroom are available, which is especially nice during the days you are moving in/out or may be re-organizing your space. Plus as an extra convenience during the holidays, they offer to accept packages for you at their office. Five years ago we selected Desert Storage for our business inventory needs because of Catherines professionalism and the capabilities of the facility she managed. During these five years weve averaged twice a week access to our air conditioned spaces. At times when weve needed additional short term or long term units, both air conditioned or outside only, weve met with Catherine or Samantha. Each time weve received the best information of available space relative to our existing units so our ongoing storage needs are always an advantageous solution. Even a short term personal storage need received the same gracious attention and help. I highly recommend this storage facility. Catherine and her staff greet you with a smile, then go out of their way to be helpful and make your storage a pleasant experience.

High Tech Security...Great Customer Service and the cleanest storage facility around! The word is out! Desert Space Storage on Bicentenial in Henderson, Ca Is the go to locale for your storage needs. After having just relocated to the Henderson area I was fortunate enough to have found a storage facility called Desert Space Storage. (DSS). Although there are many storage sites around I found out that I was fortunate enough to have move close to DSS. The facility has wonderful security and highly trained support staff who manages the site. One of the best aspects to DSS is the Customer Service provided by the staff. Everyone Ive met at DSS has been very professional and also quite friendly. Truly, Ive been treated like family everytime Ive visited the office and have to admit DSS is like having a home away from home for me and my stored items. See for yourself and Im sure youll experience the wonderful caring attitude by all who work at this great company called Desert Space Storage. I feel so proud and excited to be able to spread the word about my positive experience at DSS. Moving my items into my new storage space was the best part of my move. When they brought me an ice cold bottled water during a very warm day while I was moving into my space I knew this was a special place, and just as importantly....a wonderful group of people.

I would not recommend this place based on the following: 1. I emailed them a copy of my own insurance. They acknowledged the receipt, yet continued to try and charge me for their own insurance. They couldnt seem to get it right. I was then locked out during the 4th of July holiday weekend and there was no one around to correct the problem. We had to cancel our BBQ on July 4th as I could get needed stuff out. 2. I went in to correct the issue. The lady acted like the issue was my fault and that they were "missing" paperwork and that they didnt have a copy of my insurance. They pulled the file and found it. Oh she said, sorry. No remorse. Didnt really care. 3. When I rented the space I was told the month I move out I would be pro-rated. Pretty standard right? Well not here. I moved out early, left the space clean. Went in to the office and a different lady refused to refund the many days remaining. Said we never do that here. She showed lack of customer service and quite simply didnt care. For being the most expensive around, they sure dont off the service to match it.

We stored at this place for 2 years and loved it! The gals are so great and easy to work with! The go over the top to help you and are always willing. We are so happy we chose Desert Storage for our needs and that we have developed a great relationship with both Catherine and Samantha! We will always refer Desert Storage to family, friends, and anyone in need! Not only is the facility clean but it stays clean! They also have a big truck for people to use that has been great and is a lot easier that having to get a uhaul or budget truck! Thank you ladies for keeping up such a great place and we will be back!!!

Couldnt have asked for a better person to lead the way and take care of us than Angie. This is a clean, well maintained storage facility in an especially nice location. Instead of filling up your garage and leaving your vehicles on the driveway, rent a unit from Desert Storage and have piece of mind!

desert storage is a top shelf storage facility, probably THE top shelf facility in Vegas. The staff, Catherine Butler and her staff are so nice, friendly and attentive to any needs we came across. Do not rent here unless you want your monthly rate increased $50 for being a great 2 year customer. Mice are also in units all the time. It also used to be free truck rental...now its $50. Obviously this place is all about making money and not treating paying customers well. Rent at U-haul and save $50 per month.

So far this has been the best experience I have ever had at a storage facility. The staff is super helpful and the facility itself is so nice. I would highly recommend it, if you are looking for a unit in the area.

If you live in Anthem and have RV, you will want to park it here. There is a waiting list. Waited a year and a half to get a 40 foot spot, but it was worth the wait. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with.

I rented a unit on Monday June 15th. The agent, Sandy, was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The unit rented was clean and climate controlled. All my requirements were met !
