Me and my friends are always going to this gym in rainbow and we love working out there. Unfortunately some house keepings employees dont care and dont even respect other members. This guy by the name Cali clearly did not care while had a huge conversation with another guy in a fitting room the guy start arguing with employee by the name Cail or something like that the guy was mixing his protein shake and while his cup was open Cail started cleaning and spraying some chemicals while the guys mix was open and he was changing and had his protein cup next to him. I saw it with my own eyes I even recorded on my video the whole thing. Cali sprayed chemicals almost into the guys cup. The guy was yelling and said to that employee " its a chemicals poison" the employee didnt care at all! Whats wrong with this people they seem to be very tired of working let some other normal people to work and make money. LVAC we have been your loyal members for many years with all respect it will be so ashamed of you if you dont do any proper cleaning with your employees who spend time talking and being disrespectful towards other people and members while you are paying to your employees paychecks. So ashamed and I repeat once again I was about leaving and I saw how Cali dropped everything all the chemicals took his shirt off and wanted to fight the guy! Wow me and my friends were astonished by seeing all that I was about to call police since it looked really scary to me and my friends. I could not believe that one kind of employee can be a such big jerk. Employee like Cali should be fired immediately and LVAC should replace to a better good record people.

This Gym on Rainbow is Absolute Garbage. First of all, they have some old lady running the front desk and at 3 in the morning she is wearing 2 jackets, gloves and a scarf. She cranks up the heat and the music. Every-time she is working it is miserable. Why is the music louder than my I pod. 99.9 percent of the people today have their own music. There are 4 people in the gym and they all have headphones on. And of course there is a few people that are sitting on the equipment playing with themselves as they posts updates on Facebook that they are at the gym during nothing. In the morning all the trainers come and take over and think they own the place. No respect for other members who pay their membership. Also, my card wore out and it takes ten minutes for them to look up my account. No customer service. They should say, Hey, if you have a minute we would like to replace your card since it wore out and it is no fault of your own since we decided to go with these garbage cards rather than laminated cards like all other gyms use so they do not wear out. But no, I have to be inconvenienced and wait for them to figure out how to use the computer. Also, this location has a bunch of liars. When I signed up, they stated all locations open 24 hours 365 days a year and the location on Sahara is closing early for holidays. That is not what it states in the contract. I will be calling corporate. Even though I know corporate will not do anything. They suck.

Great gym but not worth it, in my opinion. I paid 2 years in advance (for both my wife and I). And then they tell me i would pay less per month when i renew. I renewed my contract, However, they do not tell you that you lose your add-ons like towels service. That is an extra cost. Also the contract is misleading because it explains the add-on "benefits" but in the renewal section, it calls it "options". This way you will not really know you will lose your "benefits." In addition my cousin is in town for a month. I had to buy a 3-month pass because they do not have monthly passes and their weekly pass is expensive! However he is not allowed to go between 4pm-8pm (peak hours). We got there at 3:40 and they told us he really cant go in because it is almost 4 already. My cousin has an account with Anytime fitness and i was told he can bring a guest free as long as the manager knows. So we are heading there right now. I like the lvac facilities but hate their service and B.S. I hate companies that treat you like sh!$ while you are in the contract but act so nice when it is about to expire. Go to anytime fitness or elsewhere. Just dont get suckered into an LVAC contract. And LVAC does not offer WiFi!

I go to this gym when staying at my boyfriends place on this part of town. The gym is large and spacious and kept fairly clean. The only disappointment I have is with their juice bar. Several months ago, me and my boyfriend both ordered Mocha Madness after a workout. It definitely did not taste like a Mocha Madness, more like sour milk and chocolate. When we went back to tell the juice bar staff, the girl who was "helping" us didnt say anything, did not even apologize, and just remade them. When the new smoothies were done, she just called out the drink and walked away. I know I should have complained right when this happened (yes, I take full responsibility for not complaining to the manager in time), but I was too busy with other things to even remember it, until now. In summary, the gym itself is pretty amazing, but get your post-workout smoothies elsewhere.

My favorite gym ever is LVAC on Rainbow near Vegas Drive. I love the feeling of spaciousness and not being boxed in. No matter how many people are there I never feel crowded because of the ample space, the high ceilings and the design. The people at the front desk could do better at making eye contact with each person that comes in and greeting them warmly instead of being consistently involved in their own conversations. As an employer I would emphasize to the front desk people that they are the first contact for guests and that it is important to connect with them. Its not just about scanning people in. The equipment is always in good repair and I love it. The people who work there are awesome, other than that suggestion, and the gym has a good vibe.

This gym is FAIR for the price. This is the cheapest monthly membership in Las Vegas. You get what you pay for. I originally signed up with this gym because the indoor track appealed to me. The gym is huge but its disgusting. When my year membership is over I plan on switching to a different gym. The womens locker room always reeks and the toilets are disgusting. If you go here, use the restroom at your home before you workout. I also recommend wiping down machines BEFORE you use them because the people who work out here do not wipe it after they use it. Front desk people suck at life and are rude, and never smile... but the managers are helpful and friendly, and the food people are great, the smoothies are fantastic.

I have been going to this gym for about 7 years now and I have had a hard time even thinking about switching. This is by far the best LVAC in town its the cleanest, biggest gym they have. They have every machine imaginable and they are for the most part always in working condition and clean! The staff always greets you with a smile and a "how are you" "have a good work out" I really can not ask for a better gym. I have a lvac 10 minutes from where I live and I will sit in traffic for a hour to drive to this one. It does get a bit busy during 5-6pm when people are getting off work but they have made a parking lot to accomadate that unlike the others gyms where you are fighting people to park.
