Went into this location a few times because I was staying on this side of I-15 my last trip to Vegas and absolutely hated it. I usually go to the one on Eastern Avenue when in town but didnt want to make the drive. This is easily the worst location in Las Vegas when it comes to the amount of equipment. The dumbbells max out at 120 lbs because one of the 125 lbs is missing. There are not many machines and free weights are even worse. The flat freeweight benches are all off balance and falling apart. On top of the poor equipment this location is ridiculously crowded at all hours of the day. I tried going in the morning, afternoon, and night was crowded all three times. The locker room is absolutely disgustingly dirty and someone had spit a huge load of dip/chew in the sink which was there for multiple days because they dont even bother to clean it. There was a guy standing looking in the mirror in the locker room repeating out loud "nasty mother***" over and over like a psycho when staring at the dip in the sink, weird crowd! The location on Eastern Avenue remains the best location in Las Vegas to me.

Regardless of the negative comments, this 24 hour is a well ran operation, clean and good machines, Not so crowded and the staff actually cares about the people and the gym, I switched over from lvac I havecs big problem with employees not giving a damn about the facility. Over here at 24 on trop I am very happy , forget about any negativity on the comments, some people just have a problem with everything, and are never happy, I go here everyday , it's very pleasant. thatscwhy I am writing a good comment, its kind of like a payback to them for making my visits so pleasant, now a days thankscto Internet its all about reviews, they can make or break a business, For example take a look at the reviews for lvac, poor lvac, their rep is ruined because of Internet reviews, and that's from poor customer reviews, just like hotels. If you want a pleasant gym, this one is excellent, even for an old MD trying to get back in shape Jim S MD

I love this place. I went in to check out being a member for a later time. But I was persuaded Into membership that day. I mean why not do it while your passionate about it. At least thats what the friendly lady at member services easily convinced me of. I love the group classes, most everyone is friendly in conversation or energy. I didnt take my initial free training session or member intake of my goals. And about a month later Tanner the training manager called to personally train me. Which is nice. I didnt have time on my initial sign up so it was my choice to bypass. And it was nice that Tanner made initiative to get me to do it. I go in today. The gym has a lot of workout equipment, they are clean, and easy to use. As well as a group workout room it is also used for Individual use when not occupied by the groups.

This place is awful! Dirty all the time, half of the machines broken. Locker room fitlty, theaf alert sign... pretty much dont come here, cuz youll lose your things! Wet area? OMG!!! pool w/ cloudy water, spa yellow, greasy and stinks like urine! STINKS! Steam room stinks and anyway half of the time is under "maintanance" (meaning not working and not getting fixed!), sauna w/ trash (same for over a month!) Bathrooms? Gross! worst than a public drunk bathroom! Showers? i remember they used to have doors, but they are gone! the frame still there and it dangerous, drainages clogged all the time, hair in the floor... water all over.. What else can I say, its getting worst every day, cant take it anymore! Member for several years, can see theres not maintance at all! Wont recomend to anybody!

Great staff, great classes and weights. It is not an elite club, but, the staff are exceptional. The complainers seem to expect a 400.00/month club. This is not that, but, a real value with excellent members and staff. I suggest the critics pay for what they expect from an affordable club.....or that they love to complain. I think you ought to appreciate what the club has to offer. As far as blaming the gym for a staph infection as one commented.......can you prove it was the club? Some people are carriers and colonized and get repeated infections from any break in their skin integrity. Get yourself properly treated in my personal opinion so that you do not remain a carrier, personal opinion.

Im military and a local business owner. I wanted to join 24 Hour for its pool. I received a 3 day pass so I could check out the usage of the pool. After using the pass my first day, the sales woman said I couldnt have the two other days and I had to sign up now. After arguing with her about using the two other days, I gave up and left. She told the front desk not to ever let me in again. Im a pretty relaxed guy but her terrible customer service and bad sales tactics really made me angry. I have never been treated so badly from a sales person. Be warned about their 3 day pass, it is mainly used to get you to show up, then pressure you into a contract without using the pass.

Für Amerika durchreise nicht empfehlenswert. Optimal wäre wenn man bei 24 hours fitness ein Abo über die ganzen zeit des aufenthaltes machen und somit in jeder stadt in die gyms gehen könnte. In der schweiz kann man dies bei fitnessketten. Einzeleitritt mit 25 Dolar relativ teuer. Geräte sind i.O.

I hate this gym. I go to work out, seriously might I add, and they do not have enough free weights. they have one smith machine and one squat rack. If someone is using both, your screwed on your workout. It is a big gym but its cluttered by unused machines and cardio stuff upstairs. They need at least one more squat and one more smith machine to help them out. The place is always packed with people texting on their phone or the person who drives around for twenty minutes looking for the closest parking spot and then goes and walks on the mill. Staff is great, but the equipment leaves something to be desired.

Very rude and racist, dont know how to talk to people. I was thinking about getting a membership but after the employee came into gym and rushed me out while I was watching my friends play basketball, she came in very rude and basically treated me & my bf like children and told us to "get out now". My bf is black and she seemed to have a bias attitude because she didnt ask anyone else for the membership. Never will get a membership from 24 hour fitness now after seeing how they treat theyre potential members. Not to mention the front was unattended when we first got there

I went to this location all throughout highschool and even after. I was a loyal member until I had to leave for out of state college. When I came back, they told me they had become a "super-center" and that their price changed from $24 to $45! I excepted this because it was closest to my house, but once I found out they charged me an EXTRA $45 for both start up & cancellation, I was out of there. Nothing changed after they renovated btw, all they did was paint the gym. Machines still took forever to get fixed. Very disappointed.
