They have a spider problem in the pool and Im not talking about dead floating spiders they are on the bottom alive and crawling I have complained many times. Its been this way for months and nothing has changed if they would fix the holes in the flaps on the doors that might help them from getting in. Last week they must of had a fan broke so they had all the doors open for ventilation and I had a spider crawl right in the pool as Im swimming almost on top of me this is like a nightmare. If they would come in every morning and clean all the spiders out that would help it only took my daughter about 10 minutes to get them all out

The A/C has been out since April. It is regularly 80°+ in the weight room. Steam room hasnt worked since April either. Gtm is always dirty & equiptment is falling apart. The staff is rude, especially when you try to ask them when anything will be fixed. There is no corporate number or managern in charge to address concerns with either. They did repaint some of the walls though...... What an imorovement!!! Now I can watch the paint dry as I slowly develop heat stroke. Dont waste your time or money here, the treasure valley has a lot of quality gyms.

DIRT CLOD

I have never been fond of this location after the apartment complex was built close by. Over used and hardly clean. Ever seen the mens locker room intake vent for the air system? Looks like a years worth of lent out of a dryer. Equipment is constantly broken or on the verge. I had a treadmill physical shake and wobble directly into a wall. When you inform the staff it is "great we are on it" with no action. Too many "staff members." you need a mechanic!

This used to be Idaho Athletic Club and it was a 24/7 fitness gym. Thats was why I had a membership..because it was 24/7. Now its not and Im missing 1/2 the workouts I would normally do after work around 12:00-1:00am.. Wish you would go back to 24 hours... Me and all my friends are bummed. Sincerely, Me and 30+ other students from BSU/NNU who have drifted toward using our friends 24/7 apartment gym.

This facility is extremely more dirty then the other ones located in the Treasure Valley. The associate who helped me with my membership and gave me a tour was extremely nice and he seemed to care about me coming here and getting the full experience. However, the second time I came in the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful... And quite frankly was a tad creepy, he made me feel very uncomfortable.

I miss it being a 24/7 gym. I have to go somewhere else or workout at home because they dont open until 7 and 8 on the weekends. (Usually people are waiting in the parking lot of them to open). Its dirty. Equipment doesnt get fixed. Nothing is maintained. Bathrooms are almost always gross. Find somewhere else to go. It isnt locally owned anymore and the current company doesnt care about the facility

Ive been going to this gym for the last year and a half, ever since they changed over to "crunch fitness" it has gone down hill. Machines are falling apart, the locker rooms are absolutely disgusting and the group classes are pure chaos. Oh and not to mention, when you try to cancel they will continue to pull unauthorized payments from your account. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Stay Away... Rip off....Had a plan that was suppose to be 54 a month grandfathered in. Was charged that same until this month. Suddenly went up to 74 with no notice. BS----NOT- Gym sucks too. Dirty, broken equipment. Just get your self a home treadmill, take a walk or get your own small weights. This place is a ripoff.....Do Not Recommend going here...

Changed hours waaaaaay after the purchase from Idaho Athletic Club, inconvenience of doing upgrades while patrons in the building, cant work out after 8:PM on Saturday? What is that? For the most part there are young kids working there, always much more interested in each other than customers. Not happy. I hope things get better quickly.

Please Stay away! The sauna has been broken for at least 3 months now. Every time I ask for the one blue towel theyre always in the laundry. The hot tub is not being clean periodically, it smells like pee all the time. Its very obvious they do not care. I used to love this place when it was managed by IAC.
