I gave up trying to join this gym after two visits with children in tow. First time, I hadnt brought shot records. Second time, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to process me in. They just dont seem child-friendly, especially after I read these policies----- This is quoted from their Kids Club Agreement: Children should use the restrooms, or have diapers changed, prior to check-in. If a child must use the restroom or requires a diaper change during their stay, the member or guest will be paged to assist the child. Members and guests are discouraged from using headsets to hear pages. Soiled or we clothing and/or diapers must be disposed of in an airtight container such as a zip lock bag. Disposal containers are not provided by 24 Hour. Please make a reservation if you have a child under 2 yrs. All reservations are to be made 24 Hours in advance and must be paid in full in club at time of making a reservation. If you arrive 15 Minutes after your scheduled reservation time, you will lose your place and no refund will be honored.

I was a 11 year member of 24 hour fitness until they "swindled me". I had a yearly membership and was unable to renew because there was no one in the front when I came in to pay and when I came back it was after the date. No big deal right? Yes, they were unwilling to renew my annual . Ok fine, I requested documentation and the manager acted like it was not his problem and told me to call him on another day. So I did and he wasnt there at the time he said he would be. Fine, thats ok. I left a message but never heard back from him. Meanwhile, I called central office and they gave me the runaround. I requested the same documentation and a requested they renew my membership and they were supposed to get back to me by mail... Never did. 24 hour fitness is not big on integrity these days. Im signed up with another Gym now.

THIS IS THE WORSE PIECE OF CRAB 24 HOUR FITNESS EVER. 3 MONTHS AGO IT WAS GOOD. HOWEVER, NOW THE MUSIC IS TURNED WAY UP SO YOU HEAR IT THRU YOUR HEADPHONES. THERE IS ONLY 4 PEOPLE IN THE GYM AT 2 AM AND THEY ALL HAVE THEIR OWN MUSIC. WHY THIS 24 HOUR GYM FEELS THEY HAVE TO TURN UP THERE CRAPPY MUSIC IS RIDICULOUS. IN ADDITION, THE MANAGER IS THE MOST ARROGANT PRICK EVER. EVERYDAY MORE EQUIPMENT HAS SIGNS ON IT THAT IT IS BROKEN AND THE CABLE MACHINE HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED OR ADJUSTED IN YEARS. THE WEIGHTS STICK TO EACH OTHER AND THEN THE CABLE IS REALLY LOOSE. THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN HAVE A WAY TO LOWER THE MUSIC AT NIGHT BECAUSE PEOPLE COMPLAIN. THIS IS A TOTAL PILE OF JUNK. I HAVE CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP.

Like the gym, tho not as much as the downtown location. Been coming here for years. But lately theres been alot of car break ins in the parking lot. You see car windows every week. I personally have talked to 6 ppl this has happened to in the past 5 weeks. Criminals are casing the parking lot in broad daylight. But management has posted nothing to warn ppl, or even better a picture or description of the cars they have caught on surveillance cameras (which they have). Management needs to step up, and while not responsible, make their employees & members aware so ppl can be on the look out. I actually dont feel safe here anymore. EOS here i come

The club cant seem to find the right balance for their club members when it comes to TV stations. This club is stubornly refusing to get only one sports channel on instead of three. Also it cant find the will to get the worst TV news channel off, that being MSNBC( its a Communist inspired channel. The club mamagement cant finf the will to get a local channel on. These three should be locked and never changed. Golds gym, up the street, is gaining because of this poor policy. Also a lot of iron laying around on the floor. The place is other wise clean but the womens locker room should lose all those locks on the lockers.

I have been a member for a year. At first I felt the facility was great. Then things started downhill. Several patrons spoke to the management over this past year about the cleanliness of the showers/locker room, mold on the shower curtain, broken handheld shower head in handicapped shower, inadequate steam in the steam room, unusable equipment and drinking fountains. Each time we were told a request would be made to corporate. Although somr have been fixed, corporate must not be listening. There.has been a staff turnover. Not impressed with new from desk people.

Who is writing these reviews... the employees? They have the same boring schedule they have always had. It never changes. Body Pump at 9. So for those of us that have to work, there is no early morning class except the spin classes. And I dont like spin classes. I want a real work out class with weights before I go to work. And I am too tired at the end of the day to go and work out. The other huge gym has the early morning classes. Why not 24 Hour Fitness?? I have always loved this gym but for the first time I am having second thoughts.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I needed to cancel my membership havent been to the gym since Aug of last year. Im told I signed a contract for a year and have to wait till Feb. OK great. So here it is February I call back just to be told I have to go INTO the gym. I go into the gym just to be told only a manager can cancel a membership. It is 9:30am why do they not have a manager around. I have wasted so much of my time just to try and cancel my membership. Seems to be at the convenience of the gym not the member.

This is the worst of all facilities. You wonder why its always so empty. Staff not trained. Non member came in with members. Real ghetto!!!! Anyone can walk in and say they forgot their card and use the facility. Why pay when you can walk in for free. Customers dont respect the facility. I found the ladies rooms really disgusting

The ceiling is leaking into the pool AGAIN,the ladder has been standing under other open ceiling tiles at the other end for at least six months. Either fix this mess or close the club. Since evening aqua classes have been cancelled indefinitely many of us are going to join a different club EOS!

Seriously its a gym, not a day care. Why not leave your kids with a real sitter rather than take them to the gym with you? Just saying. Either way this place is awesome, but always packed during the mornings. Im a nite owl so it is perfect for me though.

Restroom had no toilet paper in any stall. Pool closed and looks dirty. Then they wanted to charge me an addition 50 bucks just for going there for 6 months on top of the 35 bucks a month I had been paying. Save your money they are crooked as hell

I love my gym and Zumba is the best. My only complaint IS the care, well the cleanliness of the showers, the suana and the steam room. It should be 50% better. There is no card to forget. You enter your phn# and scan your fingerprint. Smh
