A friend is a member there and put me on a guest list. Which menas I can come in to work out and check out the place. When I went there he was already there working out and I was told "he had to walk in with me." They strictly enforced the "dont pass the front counter rule with me." They would not let me look around for him! So I went to my car to get my phone to call him...no answer...he is working out!!! Duh. So I went back in and they said they could page him over the PA system. DUHH he has his head phones on cant hear... So after standning around for 10 minutes at this point, they still would not let me find him in the club. Now I am standing there and she starts ignoring me. After 5 more minutes of ignoring...I can see my friend that invited me there on a bike. I said "he is right there can I go get him?" "she emphatically stated I was not allowed in the gym!!" She said a counselor can walk me throught the gym on a tour. I said whatever you can do to help me out would be good. So she coldly slides a clip board on the counter with out saying anything. After 5 more minutes a counselor came up and said she can show me around. I told her I am here because my friend put me on a guest list and I can work out there for one day. She said because I was a memeber at another 24 hour fitness 4 years ago that I could not get a 7 day free pass or be on a guest list. It goes on and on and on. I was not allowed to work out and I was treated with such disrespect I finally just left. Stay away from these uptight-snobbish-dullards who do not deserve new memberships. this place is a joke!

So, I have a 3 year membership I paid in advance for (its a great deal) a couple of years back. I only knew that I can go to any club globally. I went to this club on Monday, they didnt say anything when I signed in. When I went Tuesday, they told me i dont have access to this club. I was like, why not? As far as I know I have wordwide access, and you didnt tell me this yesterday. They said sorry, but you can talk to member services. I asked can I go in anyways since i JUST found out after driving across town to come here? They said no, because you were here yesterday! I told him but you just TOLD ME TODAY that I did not have the access. I just thought it was snooty, and rude. Obviously if I can pay three years in advance, im not trying to take advantage of your club, you just should have told me yesterday. If you have to embarrass your members in front of everyone when a mistake is made (me not knowing, and you for not telling me yesterday so I could have saved my GAS), thats terrible. SO, bottom line, snooty clubs, they wont tell you anything to save you a trip from coming back that they are supposed to, and when you do come back, they will turn you away in front of everyone. I thought that was rude of the asst. manager Andrew K., and I will tell anyone, you shouldnt be treated like this when an honest mistake is made. Thats bad customer service.

***-- /out of/ ***** Stars - Im going to try and be as objective as possible since as of writting this review I currently work here. Im giving 3 stars for a variety of reasons, and I must say seeing the extremely negative reviews is disheartening. This club was originally slated to be a sport not a supersport, so it is lacking a few of the ammenities you might be expecting; racqeutball, vip lockers, juice bar, etc. I would ask for some understanding from reviewers for employees who are only doing their job, ID checking, member cards to check out basketballs, strict enforcment of members only is for your saftey and the protection of club property. With limited exceptions the employees here do there jobs, and do them well. Lockers and pt areas can get pretty messy after classes, this seems typical at clubs with high volume of group x workouts. This club on the weekends (at night) is very quiet being the farthest nw in Vegas, if you dont like crowds it is a great time to come. As a reminder Vegas does have a high theft problem, @ any gym always remember to take your valuables with you, so you do not present your vehicle a target.

This review is based off of my experience going in to inquire about joining their facility. Upon entering my husband was directed to sign in on a computer. There were other people waiting in front of us to speak with the 1 membership staff so we asked the front desk staff if we could use the restroom. We were told NO! They said the restroom is for members only. I found this to be completely absurd. Here we are checking out your facility & about to sit down with your staff to go over membership options & you wont let us relieve our bladders?! Unreal! Their rate was higher than the competition & I was glad because I couldnt join a gym that wouldnt allow us to go to the bathroom before listening to a sales pitch. There was a placard on the wall behind the membership staff during his pitch & it stated their values & one was about caring about the community, BS! I could understand if someone just walked in off the street & asked to use your restroom, but we signed in & sat down with a staff member to consider bringing business to your facility....best of luck with your business practices 24 hr fitness!

This place is like a used car sales lot. 1. When you enter the business to sign up you are given a high pressure sales pitch. I wanted a general membership and spent about an hour refusing their pitch for purchasing other services. 2. The gym is filthy and much of their equipment is in disrepair. Look in the locker rooms for mold. Pick a treadmill. Any of them. Chances are you will be slipping and sliding. 3. Customer service after your purchase is not existent. All of the staff that were so helpful during the sign-up process immediately become unable to assist. They provide a customer service phone number for you to address your complaints. Plan on being on hold for an hour each time you call this number. 4. This location has "new management". All of your concerns are the fault of "old management" and "new management" cannot help you with remedies. Do yourself a favor. Check all of the gyms in the area and see which one treats you as an individual and which one treats you as a sales statistic.

Well, stay clear of this gym if you want to use it workout! They are more concerned about trying to get as much money and fees from you then they are about your health and working out! I went down the street to city alethic club and had a great workout without all the hassle! They wouldnt even let me try the gym out because I had a out of state I.d. Which I called before hand to ask about that and they told me no problem come on in but when I got there it was give me 30$ for a hour workout and we have two year membership which I dont need. Place is a joke. The guy at the front was more concerned with making excuses and charging nearly two months of fees for a hour workout! I dont mind paying for a service. But I want to try a gym out to see if it fits me! Some of these gyms around here are overpriced for a lack of basic equipment!
