Ask a bunch of people including myself why they dont get enough physical activity and youre likely to hear: "I have no time." No wonder theres been so much hullabaloo about RAW Fitness interval training, which alternates short bouts of relatively intense cardio exercises with short periods of recovery. Basically, the exercises mix rest periods with intense bouts that get your heart pumping to at least 80 percent of your maximal rate. You want superior benefits then just look at my before and after pictures. This mindset to join RAW Family has really changed my own view of exercise & life. I wanted to take a moment to talk to you on a personal level about why I am such a proponent for high intensity interval training and how it completely changed my life. Yes, I was a busy entrepreneur and busy with three kids. At the same time, I was making other priorities in my life more important than health. Border line diabetic taking Metformin – NOW BYE BYE. My health had been in a bad place for quite a long time and I did not notice. At first I felt completely intimidated, even a little depressed, could I really do this RAW thing? I wasn’t healthy or fit like the men & ladies who were promoting it and it had already kicked my butt, how could it possibly be something I could do? But I decided to go for it. I started out with just 45 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week because that was the time I had and that was where my fitness level was at. Then it progressed to 5 days a week, 1-hour a day. Within weeks, I started seeing improvements! And receiving compliments. Best part of all, I felt amazing. I saw improvements in my speed and agility, I started leaning out, I was able to hold my own body weight, even complete a few push-ups and the more progress I saw, the more I became hooked. These results are not even the tip of the iceberg, everything else is also improving in my life right along with my training. I have more energy, confidence and life is so much more fulfilling. RAW FITNESS - A place I would have never explored had Tierra LiCausi not found confidence in myself, my strength and my abilities. Being able to hold and power your own body weight is the building block for any exercise routine. I am obsessed & addicted. I don’t know if I would be where I am today without it. Life Changing, you ask? – not just in health but in real life as well. Meal Prepping – Every Sunday with my supporting wife, Sharona Soleymani Zargari. Meal prepping in training is key but more importantly it prepares you for life challenges. I prepare for life, business and anything on my schedule. No more procrastinating. Goals – I set goals for health & business Balance – I balance life between the different priorities in life such as fitness, family, friends, and my business Consistency – I discipline myself to stay consistent in reaching my goals and values in life. Success doesnt come from what you do occasionally. It comes from what you do consistently. It is important to THANK EVERYONE at RAW FITNESS. From the CEO, Justin to the amazing, fun and thrilling staff, all the way to the gym members whom are truly family now.

Went in for the three day trial on the recommendation of my dear friend. Im 49 years old and recently finished treatments for cancer leaving me with only a partial pectoral muscle on my left side. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. Those running the workouts are extremely knowledgeable and helped me modify my workouts to accommodate the weak left side of my body. (Okay, I am weak all over, but weaker on the left side). I was nervous to begin such a rigorous workout program but the staff and clientele are so welcoming and kind and helped me get started. I was afraid I would be embarrassed and self conscious about my abilities. After my first few minutes in the gym I recognized that the staff and members were not at all judgmental or critical but were instead appreciative and complimentary of the efforts I made as I tried to keep up with the boot camp style work outs. After my free three day trial I was hooked and signed up for a full membership. Overall the environment is uncommonly encouraging. Unlike a more traditional gym where you are just doing your own thing, the trainers at Raw keep the clients motivated and in motion the entire time you are at class all the while understanding the different needs of those at the gym. For example my extremely fit daughter in law was given additional moves during one of the workouts to challenge her while I was able to the modified version I needed to accommodate my limited range of motion. As a middle aged woman I always felt out of place at mega gyms and never really knew what to do. At Raw Fitness I am working out as hard as I ever have in my life but I still feel I am able to go at my own pace. The hours of operation make it so that you can fit in your workout each day no matter what you have scheduled. Im exceedingly pleased with my decision to join this community. This gym is markedly different from others in the valley.

Where can I start?! I am your typical person wanting to lose weight but never found the determination to stay on track with any diet or program. In April of 2017, life changed for me, when I joined the challenge. I was skeptical, but decided to try it when I seen it work for a few co workers. I had been out of shape for 18 yrs and hardly exercised during that time. It was tough for the first couple of boot camp classes. Then I noticed things get easier to accomplish. My diet was the most difficult part of the challenge, but Portion Control helped me stay on track after getting bored of eating the same thing over and over. Towards the end of the challenge,I had never felt so good about myself. I didnt feel bloated and was full of energy. I no longer experienced cravings for fast food as I did at the beginning. I was full of energy and anxious to go to the next boot camp class. My family and friends noticed my change and constantly reminded me of why I did this to begin with. I wanted the "old" me back. I wanted to be excited about shopping for clothes, in a smaller size. I can never thank the "Raw Family" enough for guiding me through my journey. What I enjoy most about this program is the positive and family oriented vibe you get each and everyday. The trainers are AMAZING and never make you feel less than anyone else! THANKS RAW!!!!

Right leg below the knee amputee (RBKA), with arthritis, 10 pounds of titanium screws, bolts and rods, with a messed up elbow and half a knee cap. Also overweight. 3 kids 7,5, and 3. With all of that I come to RAW as often as i can because they genuinely care about their members. It has a family feel, acceptance and love like I have never seen. The trainers are knowledgeable, they know how to modify a workout when I ask for it or they see I need it. Everyone starts wherever they are (see above) and becomes better and better. Justin Blum is the owner, this is his life. He is so involved with his members even though there are 4 almost 5 locations. Ive heard more then once "if you have questions message me.." Thats how the trainers are, thats how the admins are, thats how the members are. Ive lost 23 pounds and Im preparing for my first Tough Mudder in October because of RAW. This gym has changed my life!
