I living here fore 2 months for work and I needed a gym to go to so I decided to go with EOS. My wife and me sign up 3 days ago and got a great price. A day later, I saw a charge for $90 for the first year to join that they never told us about. I guess it is their strategy for lying to consumers to get them in the door. Second part, my work out routine is at 6:30 am, I lift weights and at 7:00pm, I doing my 55 min of cardio on their nice spin cycles. As a road biker that I am, I need a good quality bike to do my cardio and last night I got kick out of the spinning room because nobody was allow in there and never in my life been disrespected. So the person who signs us up had lied to me again about using the bike that is crucial for me. I cannot wait to get back home in Orange County to LA Fitness! God I miss you LA Fitness!

If i didnt have to add stars as a rating I would give this place no stars. This gym is a complete scam! They emphasize that its a NO CONTRACT and then charge a fee for cancelling when the person who signed me up said just call to cancel, its easy and simple. No fees were talked about. I had to cancel due to a move so I called ABC FINANCIAL, the company that removes the payments from accounts... This step was and still is a complete mess. Cancelled on 29th of June which gave more than a 30 day notice & still charged my account for the following months. I dont understand how this place is still running a business. Becareful people, REALLY READ THROGH WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING FOR. That was my biggest mistake because I trusted the people that work there.

They are thieves!!!!! Long story short: For a year they been taking money out of my account and when i called the they gave me the runaround and said to go to the club and the club told me to call the Corprate and again and agian. Finally i went in to talk to the manager some girl came over name marian wich had wrong attitude and wasnt willing to help. The hole time she gave us attitude. So do yourself a favor and dont go there the 10$ a month is a trapp

I wish that I could give 0 stars. Very unhappy with the way ABC financial and EOS are running this business. Seriously, nothing but problems with this gym and its managers. On top of that, it is over crowded, the equipment is old and the staff is very rude, unintrested, and lazy. This place has absolutely nothing going for it. I canceled last month and I am still having problems with their billing department. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

EOS fitness is rare in the world of health clubs. The people there are amazing and very accommodating. I have a personal trainer, Teresita, and she is amazing. I had a special issue regarding my Training contracts and management was quick to take care of it to my satisfaction. All in all, if your looking for a place to work out and get healthy this is the place. You will not find a better health club in the Cochella Valley.

Worst gym ever! They are scammers who will allow debt to accumulate and then send it to collections. Then the manager is a lyer and said that they attempt to call people but no calls were ever made. I guess thats what you get from desert rat meat head scammers and Eos the worst gym in the desert. Also the equipment is very infected with skin diseases, dont go if you dont want herpes.

Mohammad is a great manager and works really hard. This gym has always been very nice to me. The staff is excellent. I recommend this gym mainly because of how good the workers are to the people. The gym always has someone cleaning at all times. They do their best to constantly improve daily. Manager Mohamed has great people skills and is good to the customers.

This place should really enforce their rules and regulations. It seems they let the monkeys run loose around here. I overheard the girl tell a young punk hes behind on his dues for a couple months and the guy just shrugs it off like its normal. Its kind of an insult for someone whos been on auto pay without fault for a couple of years.

EOS will continue to charge you rediculous fees for months after you try to cancel because theyre awful people. And their gym smells and is way overcrowded constantly. Dont go. Id also like to add that now I cant make rent because of a gym I havent been to in months.

Loved going to this gym as well as the one in Palm Springs. Only reason I canceled is because Im not mobile at the moment and after moving it became almost impossible getting there between work and weird bus schedules. Really wish you had an Indio location!

They need to work on their equipment as many electronic functions do not work properly such as their heart rate function on the elliptical and on the treadmil. I am uncertain as to the accuracy of the other functions but they need to be check for accuracy.

The Equipment is old and falling apart. They over sell the memberships which makes it always crowded. The staff when asked a question act dumb founded. They dont even have mini lockers for your cell phone keys or sunglasses.

This place is cap they pick and choose which rules to follow. The employees are rude and dont care really how the gym looks. They dont have a clue about anything.

Outdated equipment, very busy, huge amount of young teens to 20s. Showers are horrible and smelly. Changing gyms...Worth it to me to pay $10.00 more per month.

Terrible 24hrs a day. Way to over crowded
