Tried to cancel last month and went in at 3 in the afternoon well within the cancelation timeframe and no one was there. I also called on that same day and left a message to cancel. I only received a call back after the 1st when they tried to charge my card for my monthly payment and now Im forced to pay for the month that I clearly tried to cancel. Not impressed.

I went for the first time today and really enjoyed the facility. There were TVs at the treadmills and stepper stations, which I used. The rowing machine moved smoothely; It was clean, didnt smell like a gym! I will definitely go back and probably join.

I joined this gym in January because of its close proximity to my house. I love that I can go anytime to work out. Its quiet and very well maintained. The unlimited tanning is a plus too.

management is horrible rarely answers the phone never returns calls. Fails to make appointments and then blames you.
