This a great gym, I cant believe that I was lucky enough to find such a place. If it wouldnt have found my trainer. I wouldnt even have known that they really existed or what they do. Kingman Crossfit is an amazing gym or athletic experience. The coaches are all amazing and are in tune to your abilities and if your body is not ready for certain movements. I think that it is amazing that despite any injuries that you have that they are able to work around those to give you a great workout without you injuring yourself. I am proud to call Kingman Crossfit my home and my many friends that I have made. I really am not sure you can call them just friends, but an extended family. It has been an amazing ride over the last year, and I cannot wait to see what happens next.
