Where do I start? WOW! This very boutique feel fitness center is ideal for both men & women looking for a non pretentious, results driven facility. This entire fitness center is a one stop shop for those seeking fulfillment in not only fitness but, nutrition, wardrobe, skincare & therapy! No joke! These trainers are not only your professional educators and motivators, but they honestly care about you and your goals. They listen to your desires and lifestyle so they can push you to be the best version of YOU. I have experienced a huge transformation in my classes here ranging from Yoga,Spin and Barre! My favorite part is that you can buy your FOOD here on a weekly basis. Meal planning takes time and I dont have much of that nor do I have the slightest clue as to how to portion each meal the best way. Its all custom to your diet and helps you accomplish getting any and all results you seek. They honor people on Class Pass but if you want to book a class there is also an APP! Just look for Ashley Lane Fitness on your app store and create an account. Its easy and affordable once youre in the store youll see the classes and retail items they have for you. Did you forget your shoes? No problem you can RENT them there! How about a bra strap malfunction? No stress, they have plenty of sports bras on hand for those just in case moments or if youre like me..just to indulge. - they have mens t shirts too ;) -

Giving Ashley Lane Fitness 5 stars is an absolute no-brainer. Aside from the immaculate and state-of-the-art studio, the knowledgeable and fun instructors, and the convenient location, Ashley Lane Fitness has something even more important that is legitimately difficult to find in a sea of gyms: A sense of community. Ashley herself is personable, funny, and-- unlike so many other boutique gym owners-- PRESENT. Physically and emotionally. She remembers details about your life, checks in with you, and offers helpful feedback and motivation when appropriate. The instructors at Ashley Lane Fitness love their jobs, and it shows. Ive never taken a class there with someone I didnt like. I love how they incorporate spin into so many of their classes; its a great way to mix up the hour of working out, and ensures that you can get your heart rate up there and also tone and strengthen. One of my favorite things about Ashley Lane is how welcoming everyone is. People recognize you and are there to encourage you and keep you going, but not in a Crossfit-y, yell-y, stressful way. Just in more of a, "Hey, yeah, this is tough, but at least were suffering together." Its really a great source of support. The unlimited membership is worth every penny, but they also regularly run deals where you can get tremendous bang for your buck. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to up their fitness game!

What isnt there to love about Ashley Lane Fitness? From the front desk staff warmly greeting you by name and remembering your spin shoe size, to the energetic instructors who constantly create new ways to challenge you, to the fellow members forging friendships, and to the owner Ashley fostering comraderie and healthy competition. When I moved to San Diego in September 2016, my priority was to find a studio in walking distance with a variety of classes. In a town full of studios focusing on one specific workout, I was thrilled to find ALF and their wide array of cardio, strength training, and yoga offerings throughout the day. Combo classes such as sculptcycle and barrecycle make an hour fly by while cross training. Monthly challenges bring students together, having fun both at the studio and around town, whether its birthday celebrations or weekend hikes. While it would be nice to have some non-spin cardio options, theres no shortage of sweatastic opportunities and Ashley does an awesome job of tailoring the schedule to meet demand. With awesome membership benefits like spin shoes, towels (that always smell like fresh lavender), and yoga mats, all I ever need to do is show up since everythings provided. If you have exercise ADD like I do, theres no better place to push your limits!

I cannot recommend Ashley enough! She is super knowledgeable about strength training and nutrition. I am very happy with how she taught me to love lifting weights when before I hated it and could never force myself to do it! One of the main reasons I went to her is because I was concerned about how I had developed "knock-knees" as an adult, likely from sitting for so many years all day long as a student. Not only did I not like how it looked for vanity reasons, but it was giving me hip pain and I knew Id have major problems down the road, and was already starting to. She taught me how to correct it by strengthening certain muscle groups and developing muscles that I never used before. I no longer have hip pain when I run which is amazing, and the difference cosmetically is visibly noticeable (I really wish I had some good before and after pictures!!!) She is so great if you are looking to tone up and lose weight of course, but also if you are looking to prevent injuries or strength train correctly and safely.

UPDATE-- So they added a class called BarreCycle and its killer. 25 minutes of spin + 25 minutes of ballet barre = entire lower body on FIRE! They also added 5 extra spin bikes (total of 15 bikes now) because their classes have been selling out so much, so now theres more chances to get your grind on. This Studio just keeps getting better and better!! LOVE this studio!! Everyone, especially the instructors, are super nice and the studio itself is so cute and clean. The instructors are very encouraging and positive, which I really appreciate. -- I see Arliss for personal training and she is AMAZING. Its only been a month and already I am so impressed with the changes I am seeing in my body. I have learned so much from her, and Im grateful how shes been so responsive whenever I have questions or concerns. As for the group fitness classes, I have to say the spin classes are my absolute favorite! You spin in the dark (with black lights) and spin to the beats of fun songs (mixes of EDM, hip hop, etc).

I cannot recommend Ashley more enthusiastically! She is awesome. I started training with Ashley about 3 months ago when I finally stopped making excuses about being out of shape. As a former college athlete, I have been challenged to stay fit after college without the help of a coach or nutritionist. So I did some research on trainers in the San Diego area and chose to schedule a consultation with Ashley and afterward, signed on for regular sessions. Working with her has been the BEST decision Ive made for myself in YEARS. She is knowledgable and versatile as well as upbeat and extremely motivating. Im in better shape, I feel great, Im more confident, and Ive learned how to make fitness a big part of my life again, as well as completely change the way that I eat in a way that is healthy and still makes me happy. She has taught me that you cant out-train a bad nutrition plan and that its not too late to be in the best shape of my life. I love working with her!

Ashley is amazing!! I have tried every workout regime, worked with countless trainers, and Ashley was the first person who was successful in helping me achieve my fitness goals. She has great energy and every workout is actually fun. Shes was so dedicated and passionate about helping me reach my goals and knew exactly how to keep me motivated and interested. Not only did she kick my ass and make me sweat, but she designed personalized meal plans, and had tons of tips and tricks to help keep me on track. I travel a lot for work, and that is usually when I have the hardest time keeping up with my workouts. She made a travel workout plan for me, and called me every day to make sure I was sticking to it. Above all, shes a really down to earth, fun, and positive person. So I never felt self-conscious or insecure. Quite the opposite, actually. Ive never felt better about myself and I have Ashley to thank.
