If I could rate them a zero, I would. Dont ever order from anyone who uses UPS Freight. My time frame today for my delivery is between 10am -5pm, thats 7 hours!!! So, I called this morning around 9:30am to see if somehow we could narrow the time frame down or at least have the driver call me on the way and the lady was so rude and all she said was, "no." She then got sick of my questions so she transfered me and the man said hold on while I contact the driver to narrow the time down for you. He came back on the phone and said he will be there anytime between now and 4pm, no later than 4. Its 3:15 now and Ive been sitting inside my home with a 15 month old all day long. This sucks...

If I was able to rate it a -2 star I would. I ordered a new phone that was supposed to be delivered yestersay and when I called them, they said they "misplaced" the package. It was scanned in but never scanned out. I really hope that it was worth it that whatever, poor, ghetto person stole it is happy. Good luck ever trying to use it now. Now I have to pay for a new phone to be shipped. This is why I personally use FedEx. I hope whoever stole it goes and plays in traffic. Real life frogger is fun. They should try it.

Difficult to manage with the employee. Its open to public but it seems more a stocking center. They need an office to assist customers...

This is a service center for freight not customer service. You can only pick up palletized freight here, not individual or small orders.
