Some of the best trainers in the tristate area. Highly recommend Jay and his crew. They truly care about you reaching your goal. Facilities are in good order. There is one light above the leg press that needs to be changed as it has died. The fitx classes are a blast and a great way to get into shape. See Jay and get your lift on.

I am very happy with this gym. I am not a tanner, so I cant speak for the tanning, but the equipment is satisfactory, the classes are very good, and the price is outstanding. Plus, with membership you get access to all the locations and classes. Tilton is bigger and has more classes, but this place is much more affordable!

One of the less crowded gyms around here. Good pricing, a friendly staff, and clean facilities make this Island Fitness great. It has your basic workout equipment, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
