Was 2 star now 1. Good value, poor service, and lack of compensation for valued members. This is my 2nd hear coming to island gym and it lacks in customer service. For one, my membership ends in the beginning of July and their promo sign up for 3 months ends June 30th and they will not let me purchase the 30 months and extend my membership; instead they are forcing me to pay the $150 for 3 months instead of the $99 promo since my membership expires a few days after the promo ends. Also, I forgot my key tag for the weekend and explained to the front desk employee the situation and he gave me attitude each day of the weekend as he took maybe 5 seconds to enter in my name and on the last day of my weekend (Monday) he ignored me and happily scanned a friend of his in and continued to ignore me and give me attitude. I tried to ckntact their custimer service and took 3 days to respond and its in Arizona (their customer service center) This place is poorly managed.

horrible service. i had an accident 2days before my training session starts, i called them nd inform them to cancel my training service. bt after 1month they charged me for two months of training $360. i called them back but no1 is there to help. after two weeks i got to talk with manager bt still he said he will refund only 1 month of my money. bt after 9days they finally refund my half money nd keept half of it. totally crap customer service. its just a waste of hard earn money. never ever going back there.

If you sign a 1 year contract,at the end of the 1year, they try to continue to fraudulently charge your credit card,despite the fact the contract has expired...and then will try to give you some BS story that you have to go to that individual gym and fill out paperwork to "cancel" your membership...really? Since when do you have to cancel a contract that has "expired"?? Turned them over to the BBB as well as my bank to refund the overcharging..BEWARE: THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THIEVES

They have the worst customer service. I paid for a membership, yet i can not use it. They are not worth the headache, and I advise anyone to go somewhere else. I also reported them the the Better Business Bureau.

24 hours, the best reason to join Island Gym. And the fact youll get a great workout. Helpful and friendly staff, too, they are always there to explain the machines and give you workout tips.

Love that theyre open 24 hours! Tanning bulbs look like theyre changed when theyre supposed to be. I love this gym! ♥️
