This place is a holy terror with payments. The manager is cold on the phone and the employees look miserable when they see her. The ten bucks a month suddenly became 20.70 on my bill with no explanation. Two months in a row. I received two phone calls on the same problem within ten minutes of each other in the middle of a work day so I could listen to the manager bark orders at her young assistants. If youre careful with your money, dont go here, they find ways to sneak in charges. Machines break but take longer than necessary to fix. Ive tried to shower there and have seen used feminine products hanging from the towel hooks. Three times. Its the most vile thing Id care to see on a white wall. This is the most overrated gym I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. On the flip side, the assistants there are nice, I believe to be high school kids working there that are happy to help where they can. They seem to be okay as long as theyre not cleaning or dealing with the manager. My heart goes out to those poor children.

Money trap. $41.38 - a yearly charge not explained to you in the signing process. You only sign 13 documents digitally with e-signature so, fault is yours if you dont see what they dont tell you. If you want to cancel membership, you have to go in to do so. Weights in gym: missing key equipment due to previous lawsuits. Some of the machines with resistance are broken. Careful when it gives out & you face severe injury... Bound to happen. I used to come here 4+ years ago and it was a mistake to come back.

Been going here for a few weeks now and I really like it. The staff is great - friendly people who want to help. The facility is clean and all the equipment is new and operational. Theres a good mix of people who go here - more serious gym goers, but mostly just everyday people who want to get in shape. In fairness, I go really early in the morning, so I dont know what the scene is like later in the day. But my experience thus far has been great. Highly recommend this place.

This gym is very convenient and good for low budgets. However, I did find I wasnt all that comfortable there. My first experience began with a contrived sales pitch when I was already willing to join. The black decor felt oppressive. Inexpensive equipment was lacking for the circuit-training program Im following. And the "judgement-free zone" is really oddly restrictive. When I dropped a small weight, I felt guilty and never went back.

I like this place. You cant beat the price, its usually very clean, theres lots of machines, locker rooms are usually clean, and again you just cant beat the price. Some things Id like to see better are the bathroom sink and hand towel machines, theyre all motion activated, and they dont work very well. I also like the decor, its kind of dark not bright and full of Chrome, different than what you would expect from the gym.

google asked me to review this.. this planet fitness gym I am member of, sooo Ill be honest with my review.. I have been to about 10 different planet fitness gyms in about 6 r 7 different states.. this one is the smallest one ive seen.. other planet gyms have wayyy better facilities, locker rooms, spa areas (massage rooms) and some are even open 24/7. Giving a 3 rating b/c Ill still go here and its close to me

Save your money. Go elsewhere. Customer service is horrendous. Management in inadequate and does not know how to treat customers. Theres no one willing to help. Even though they state theres "trainers". Atmosphere is grim. Very uncomfortable. There are many other gyms in the area with friendly staff and properly serviced equipment.

I been going to this gym for the past few years and they have such friendly and helpful staff especially one particular girl I met the other night while she was cleaning the locker room. She asked me before I left if I had a good workout today and how my day was going. Very clean gym lately as well to more than usual

My dad and I came for a tour here on 5-13-17 and loved it here. Kyle was our tour guide and he was amazing. The gym lower level is mainly for handy caped people witch is incredibly nice. Upstairs features 18 Cybx Elipticals with the arm motion option. Something rare for a Planet Fitness. Very Satisfied.

Gym gets crowded quickly. In the morning the people up front are too short staffed to stop people from hogging 3 to 4 machines/benches at a time.. but its very cheap. Clean place as well. Friendly staff. Hard to find since the doors and sign is behind some trees. Been going for about 4 months now.

"41.38 yearly charge not explained to you" ... it is... if you have a brain, eyes, ears and listen to what they say when you sign up (i just saw someone say that in a review). As for the gym, great. No issues. No one bothers you. Good machines.

Gym is ok, I Get what I need to get done there. But, The water fountain, wowowowowowo its always warm especially in the afternoon and there is only 1 area for water !!!!! The bathroom sink water is colder!

Has great equipment, kept clean and working, locker rooms are clean. If your in to mostly free weights or aerobics classes it is not for you. And the cost. $10.00/ month is unbeatable.

Hours suck, you all suck, weights suck, colors suck, the parking lot sucks, my friends exs goes there - that kinda sucks, the chicks suck - all old people, the tootsie rolls suck.

I love this gym. The staff has always been friendly. Its always clean. I never have to wait long for a machine. And the location is perfect for me. Good job guys !!! Thumbs up.

Great place for any basic workout. If you want a community center go to the Wyckoff Y and pay 4 to 5 times more per month. Cant beat the price at PF.

Needs more treadmills and other equipment on the first floor for those who are not able to go up the stairs!
