I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER order from this site again! I placed an order almost 10 days ago and I never received it. I called today to find out what was the hold up and was told that my order needed a signature (from someone in their office… not from me) which I couldn’t understand because the order was only $30 and I paid through my Paypal account plus the payment came out of my account the second I finished my order. I was never contacted by phone or email to be made aware of this problem. I asked why wasn’t I informed about the problem and I was told they didn’t know there was a problem! The customer service was horrible and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told “the manager is not going to speak to you, if you have a complaint you can email them!!! So do you want your money back or the product?” I asked if I went ahead and just kept the order would I be accommodated with express shipping because I’ve already waited 10 days they told me NO the shipping would take another 7-10 business days. Needless to say I asked for a refund and I will be happy to spend my money elsewhere.

If I could I would give this company and costumer service zero stars. On a personal note I had an awful experience inside a salon causing my hair to be completely fried off, now I am pretty much completely bald! I have very close friends who have ordered from this company with no complaints, I was very excited to receive my very own and very first wig! With that being said I ordered three wigs I thought were going to absolutely beautiful, in fact I was disgusted with my purchased. One wig looked completely different from the photos on the sight and another had complete tracks falling out of the wig cap itself! Upon my return I had an awful experience speaking with Eddie Rodriguez about my return he refused to help me or allow me to speak to anyone else in customer service. In all I highly recommend checking out Rockstar or Gothica Wigs. I ordered several wigs from this/these companies and I am 110% satisfied with the wigs and customer service!

I and my family have purchased many products from Elevatestyles, from hair to accessories and have never been disappointed. Everything arrives on time or days sooner! And in good condition. You get what you see. I love this company and how efficient and up to trend they are. So much variety and the website lets you view real customer videos using their products. Everything is easy to use and understand. Elevatestyles has so many deals and always keeps you alert without over spamming your email. If you have not tried them yet, hurry up you wont be disappointed! I dont have much money which is why I love this company. You can get so much for so little and still feel like you werent given less than what you spent because the quality is great!

Elevate Styles is a very professional company. Their customer service has been nothing but helpful with all my orders and returns. I would (and have) been highly suggesting my family and friends to visit their website. The only reason I am giving a 4 out of 5 stars rating is because whenever you order something the price changes during check out. For example, my last order through Paypal was $58.63, but my credit card was charged $58.64. This was happened on several occasions on other orders where my total was much higher. Hopefully, Elevate Styles fixes the problem very soon…

Thank goodness for Elevate Styles. The color of the wigs are on point. The showing of the wigs have gotten better where they show the inside of the wigs as well. It would be great if the pictured model could show each color as it would look on a live person, when you click on that color/style that would be awesome. This is the only website I trust to order wigs from. Most of their wigs are silk and I love that. I wouldve given them 5 stars but one of the wig I ordered sheds way too much. The shipping is fast. They also take long to restock their products. Overall you wont regret buying from this company
