Ive had my hair cut about 5 times here. The guy is really good, and most of the girls are as well. The girl with the face piercing, however, cut my hair exactly how I said NOT to, showing a scar on my head. Unfortunately this time I had her again and she argued with me about how she was cutting. Everyone else there understands and does it correctly except her. On top of this, she cut the back of my neck with her dull clippers, didnt use the nicer clippers to clean everything up, and didnt once try to make small talk. I cant even tell you her name because she didnt even introduce herself. Unacceptable Again, anyone else there does a great job.

Signed in on line. Walked in Roy supposedly checked me in. My name was first in screen sat there for 40 minutes while they took xmas pics of themselves and while people were waiting 3 hair cutters walked outside to smoke or whatever finally approached and confronted the hair cutter they never checked me in. I walked out and will not ever come back Very unprofessional

This place is great! Very convenient for me and my family! Great staff but my go to person is Josh!!! He is a great hairstylist and friend! I ask him to give me a certain hair style and he does it! He is very upbeat and loves to create small talk which I love! Everyone their is very nice and funny!!!! Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family!!
